Hi Kseny! How timely this was! I'm currently doing the Zoe blood sugar levels test. It takes 14 days where you wear a blood sugar sensor on your arm and test how you respond to what you eat. So having been for a brisk walk as Zoe requested I ended it with your session out in my garden. And the neighbor's cat came to visit me too:-). I was in heaven :-). Thanks so much. You must have a huge knowledge and/or must take a long time researching into our sessions. Truly grateful. ♥️
I’ll definitely be adding this to my watch again list! Loved the emphasis and appreciated the core and leg work. While upper body work has helped me row painlessly, getting in and out of the kayak remains challenging and only my age prevents me from being too embarrassed to perform the feat publicly. 😂

If twisting movements are off-limits, you might find gentle, straight movements helpful-such as shoulder rolls, neck stretches, and gentle arm raises-while keeping your spine stable. These can help relieve tension without putting pressure on your back. Always listen to your body, and take it easy as you heal. Wishing you a steady recovery! 😊

Hi, absolutely! you can do those exercises sitting down even lifting the leg as well as rotation the torso in a circular motion.
