I have a leaking gut and as I was doing your routine, I was passing gas! I also has a digestion problem and the taking enzymes to help to broken down the foods I am consuming. First time doing Qigong for digestion and also bloating, love the breathing and exhaling routine you demonstrated.

I studied Tai Chi for two years, then volunteered to train with a Qigong student - but those did not meet my needs. 3 months ago (to Fo my 71st birthday) I bought myself a gift - lessons by internet, with an Israeli teacher who teaches in a spirit and style similar to yours, and I've been celebrating ever since.
I have the constipation version of Irritable Bowel Syndrome. This routine gets my system going every time!! Thank you.
