    Wow, very very helpful for me. Felt so nervous, constantly sighing in frustration and overwhelm. I did Voo breathing and orienting practice to calm my nervous system. Wasn't enough. This exercise was what I was missing. Such a relief. Thank you so much.

    "Feeling low energy and no motivation"-- sadly, this is me at the moment.

    I have been suffering low energy, loss of motivation for couple of years esp since covid years. Just tried this a few days and was pleasantly surprised it works!! Feeling better slowly but surely. Do try it folks, nothing to lose all to gain.

    God bless her for sharing this real qi gung out of love instead of these so called Chinese masters sharing arrogance in a kung fu suit looking pretentious. .
