Yes, me too. Intense low back pain with stabbing pain in upper right buttock. I believe it's due to super tight iliopsoas muscles from 40 years of sitting at work. Did you sit a lot? I'm excited to find this lady and her channel.

Great routine. After a short time, I am beginning to feel strength in my legs. I never noticed that I do have low back pain until I started doing these routines. I can finally feel energy all the way down to my toes. It took 8 weeks to get to this point. I look forward to future changes with great anticipation.

Morning kseny! Happy monday! Enjoyed the start of this practice. Took allee and India to the cape town marathon to watch my daughter run. India is very reactive to motor bikes etc so it was a challenge for her but an experience! Have a great day!😁🐶🐶
Hi kseny, you are sweet for asking. She did a personal best time but she wanted to do a 3.55 hrs marathon instead she did a 4.24 hour. A marathon always takes you to all that you have in you!😁🐶
I really liked how the energy flow was so calming while the challenge of the movements were showing me where I could use some work. The fast knee movements and hip work were good for me. 😊
This feels good. I've been having an issue with my left hip for a few years now, I sit too much, and have been too stubborn to see someone about it. My problem is that I've been too lazy to do some strength and mobility exercises targeted at my lower back, hips, glutes, and quads. I'm trying to get into a routine now and I think incorporating these movements into my daily regiment will be beneficial.
