Another one to save! RUclips and the universe knew what I needed this morning. Yesterday’s kayaking adventure gifted me with a leg hip joint that felt out of place and was still not ideal this morning. This video was at the top of my “unwatched” list and it was perfect. Great variety and the joint if finally feeling better. Definitely will repeat this one too! 💖💖💖
Hi. I have a arthritis and practicing qigong make me feel better and more energetic. I don’t know why, I even feel less stiffness in the morning. Thank you for the video.
❤helo good morning here in the phils. Madame knesy i am greatful Of your Qigong practice, particularly my hips and knees and upper back.im from half body stroke as i following your practice i could slowly recovering mg strength qnd flexibity of my limbs and knees. Im 65 yrs old. Thank you knsy.
Because one hip issue wasn’t enough! Upper hamstring injury morphed into sitz bone pain. This one is on repeat for the foreseeable future! ❤❤❤. (And truly I’m not a hypochondriac…just an active 72 year old! 😂)
Thanks as ever Kseny. This routine has really helped my recovery after a bike accident which had left one of my hips and knees very sore and stiff. I love the precision with which you target the particular movements to address specific issues whilst also encouraging whole body awareness.
Hi John, thanks for the kind feedback and I'm sorry to hear about the bike accident. How is your recovery going? This is a nice short routine that helps with circulation and moves the joints. ruclips.net/video/6d8pBRQyM2s/видео.html Keep well!
Thank you Kenny!!! I always feel better after I follow Qigong with you. You always choose the most beautiful places for your videos....feel like i am right there with you.!! 💜🇨🇦💜
'I have been doing this for 4 days now. I love it. It's the first thing I do in the morning before. It's a great for my hips and at just the right pace and I don't have to strain. Then I can move on to a couple of more that are a little more challenging. Thanks for the video!
good morning Kseny, thank you for this beautiful qi qong flow... I"m slowly getting back into doing qi qong and your qi qong flow inspires me.... merci beaucoup, et bonne journee, Mark
Thank you Kseny. I did appreciate all movements, especially those that conjugate legs, hips, shoulders and arms. I would also like to thank you for the tremendous benefit of Qigong. Last Saturday, I had a crisis in the urinary system due to calcification. I couldn't sleep because of the obstruction and pain. I drank Phyllanthus niruri tea and remembered the kidney massages, vibrations in the abdomen and movements in the hips to increase circulation. Result. I was expelling renal calcification and in two hours I was free of obstruction and pain. I am fine so far and it is clear that I have increased the tea intake and the practice of Qigong.
Hi Kseny, just what I needed. A great way to start the morning. My knee was feeling good and my balance could use more work. Thank you😊 Have a beautiful day!
Hi Kseny, this is Irene from Italy. I enjoy very much your routines! Could you please include something that helps strenghten the ankles? Thank you!!!!!
Hi Kseny. Thank you for this needed video. I was born with turned-in hips and working on my feet 7-8 hours a day 4 days a week has taken a toll on my hips. But I felt some relief with this video. I do have a question though if you can answer it. I have been pretty inflexible my whole life, and due to IBS I can't do intensive core exercises to strengthen both my core and my back so my posture has suffered. I think Qigong will help. But in this particular video when I was raising my arms my shoulder was clicking and a little painful so I'm wondering if you have any suggestions... I don't know if some of it was the tension of just trying to have good posture and stand up straighter while trying to be relaxed at the same time... Thanks!
Hi Rebecca, thank you for taking the time to write. I'm sorry to hear that your body is not at ease, however practicing qigong regularly can help overall health and improve posture and aid digestion. The most important thing is to stay relaxed, rotate your shoulders gently to a point that feel pain free, through regular practice you range of movement will increase and you feel more relaxed during the exercises. I hope this helps. Keep up with the good work!
Excellent head to toe practice with emphasis on legs. Thanks 🙏🏻🙂 Does that arm flow towards the end have a name? It’s like a windmill. I haven’t done that one before. It felt really good on my shoulders and back 😌
This is a lovely routine, really helped some stiffness I had in my hips. Where are you filming this, it is such a beautiful setting, so relaxing to look at 🌳😊
I have osteo arthritis in my knees and hip. I find it uncomfortable to stand in one position for long . I found this video and it really did give me some relief. I did it in my bedroom bare footed. Is that OK ?.
Hi Donald, thank you for taking the time to write. I'm glad you liked the practice and found it helpful. Bare feet is ok, in fact it's often recommended especially when practicing on the ground ( earth ). I hope you continue with your practice. Best wishes,
Hi Richard, thanks, I'm glad you enjoy the routine. When we do toes raises and stimulate vital points located around the heal and toes. Shaking off the legs to encourage blood flow and stay relaxed in the body.
