This really helps me as I have a tendency to try too hard in the past causing strain and exercise related injury. I love the message you send to "Be kind and gentle to your body," and give us permission to"take it slow," in a world that is all about speed. thank you so much,i have a bad back from a work accident always look for exrcises that help me alleviate the pain,i thought this was about that but its more to strengthen your back to orevent issues so i enjoyed it but it does irritate my pain areas, done it twice already cuase i do enjoy it .thank you for sharing your knowledge 🙏
Came here looking for strengthening and relief of lower back pain Got so much more This realy helped opening up and the flow of Qi Sometimes we forget how even 5 -10 min a day of simple stretching can go a long way I hope (little lazy when it comes to physical exercise) to add this simple Qigong practice daily Thank you 🙏

@@qigongwithkseny Yes you are very observant. I have a gardening Channel and live in Canada, so for us Fuchia's are prized annuals. I have NEVER seen one that large, or growing in the landscaping it is gorgeous. I love your wall as well, it's a beautiful serene backdrop.
I practice every day. Think of it like brushing your teeth. As long as you don't feel tired during the exercise because it is not about how much you do, it is about the quality of what you do!
Good session but towars the end, the exercise where you strech run hands down back of legs then up through the front, be good to give a warning. She looks very supple but small percentage of people could damage legs, kneees etc with this stretch. Have injured myself 4 times doing yoga so always think is good to be very safe.
Thanks for sharing. One of the principles of Qigong is Do no harm, when doing the exercises always listen to your body and go to a point that feels comfortable today.
My lower back is in so much pain that I can barely bend over at all. :( I did the rest of the movements, though, hopefully it will relieve some of the pain.
