Great routine! I did it as my morning stretching and it’s the best I’ve ever felt after stretching, especially my lower back. Also, my knees got a good workout doing this session. Sent, you’re a miracle worker. Please keep them coming.
Hi Eros, thanks for your message. Better focus and concentration can sometimes be improved with a better circulation to the brain. Neck and shoulder exercises, spine exercises and breathe-work. Also, staying focused during the practice helps to train the mind
