My first full length standing qigong though I have tried a couple of five minute ones. I need to put this on repeat because of constant back pain since second fall and only heating pad seems to help. I’m sure if my muscles were stronger again, the aches would go away. “If it is to be it’s up to me!” Thanks for your assistance!
