I've really enjoyed the arm moves that stretch the wrists. A very nice practice. I"m curious. Why 9 times? 9 times to knock the chest, 9 times to massage the face. Is there a symbolic meaning attached to the number 9?
I love your stuff. So beneficial. I just wish if you say left side that you're using your left side. Not sure why some exercise people think people can't follow without doing that. Just a suggestion, not a criticism. Enjoy your stuff. Love your outfit, too!
