I practiced with you this morning. I feel the self love and self care. Thank you Luchin, you are my model and teacher. I love each one of your qi gong and yoga practice. The length is perfect. I liked everything about this session, in particular towards the end when I had to massage my stomach as we usually don't pay that much attention to that part of our body. "Notice how wonderful you feel and how wonderful you are" will accompany me for the rest of the day. Thank you very much for the video. 💚
I love that "wriggle a little". So often I would get stuck trying to do the movements exactly. Now I listen more to my body and if it needs a little 'wiggle' or different movement that's what I do. I enjoyed this routine whilst also honoring my body and its needs. Thankyou x

I also need to figure out which other routines to practice and how often. Any suggestions for me. I do have arthritis in my knees, hands, and feet.
