    l am 72, out of shape, stiff. but i modify the movements to accommadate my individual state. and still derive so much pleasure ,peace, circulation in movement of body mind energy . what a gift from the cosmos you are. all the best. thank you.

    I practiced with you this morning. I feel the self love and self care. Thank you Luchin, you are my model and teacher. I love each one of your qi gong and yoga practice. The length is perfect. I can always find time to do one or even two per day. It is great to have all these choices. My body and my mind feel so calm and peaceful after practicing with you. I am so blessed that you post these videos and share your knowledge with us. You are so gifted. ❤

    I liked everything about this session, in particular towards the end when I had to massage my stomach as we usually don't pay that much attention to that part of our body. "Notice how wonderful you feel and how wonderful you are" will accompany me for the rest of the day. Thank you very much for the video. 💚

    I love that "wriggle a little". So often I would get stuck trying to do the movements exactly. Now I listen more to my body and if it needs a little 'wiggle' or different movement that's what I do. I enjoyed this routine whilst also honoring my body and its needs. Thankyou x

    You are a blessing. I have some erosions in my knuckles and Rheumatoid Arthritis in my fingers and hands, but I still accomplish the morning exercises. I have been doing the 10 min. Morning Qichong for a month. I will begin doing this one, which I cane across tonight, I was running behind this morning. I didn't do it. I did now. I liked this one also.

    Great video, I enjoyed it! I loved that you added in the audio later as I love outdoor exercise videos but I usually can’t hear that well. This was much better and I enjoyed hearing the birds.

    Good morning, LuChin. Thank you! I found your channel last week and am loving it. I am trying to figure out the best daily Qigong routine to follow. I also need to figure out which other routines to practice and how often. Any suggestions for me. I do have arthritis in my knees, hands, and feet. I also have asthma and a little high blood pressure. I am open to suggestions, please, if possible.

    Thank you for your video teaching. I have an online Taoism class and it mentions a routine called gathering energy from the earth and the heavens. Also a series of movements that are done to the four directions. Do any of your videos cover these?
