Klipsch Rp-500C
1" Horn-Loaded Tweeter: The Klipsch RP-500C center-channel loudspeaker features a 1" Titanium LTS Vented Tweeter with a Hybrid Tractrix Horn for exceptional high frequency response, detail, and dispersion. Klipsch proprietary Tractrix horn-loaded technology ensures high-frequency energy of the RP-500C center-channel speakers are aimed directly at the listener and reduces unwanted, artificial reverb caused by indirect sound bouncing off walls - meaning you experience the most clear, detailed, lifelike sound possible.
Titanium LTS Vented Tweeter: The titanium tweeter diaphragm's light weight yet rigid composition exceeds the performance of aluminum, polymer or silk tweeters. A vented tweeter design reduces standing waves behind the tweeter diaphragm for a smoother high frequency reproduction. Klipsch award-winning Linear Travel Suspension technology leverages a piston motion of the titanium diaphragm that lowers distortion and delivers real-to-life sound. A ceramic magnet housing provides premium performance,
Hybrid Tractrix Horn Technology: This redesigned 90°x90° Hybrid Tractrix Horn utilizes a circular horn throat paired to a square horn mouth to further improve high-frequency response and extension, while enhancing imaging and dynamics. The Hybrid Tractrix Horn's compressed molded silicon face adds high frequency damping to reduce harshness and horn resonance for a smoother frequency response with improved detail - creating a clean and natural sound. Klipsch also utilizes computer modeled phase plugs that act as a mechanical filter to further ensure a smooth, flat frequency response while protecting the tweeter from damage.
Dual 5.25" Cerametallic Woofers: The RP-500C center-channel loudspeaker utilizes two 5.25" Klipsch Proprietary Cerametallic woofers. Cerametallic consists of extremely light, rigid materials that can hold shape while being able to deliver lower frequencies with maximum efficiency. The Klipsch Cerametallic cone is matted to a dual-layer, copper-wound voice coil for exceptional conductivity. The 5.25" woofers are housed in a non-resonating, stamped-steel basket that's secured to a large magnet motor for exceptional efficiency and low distortion.

Great now I know I have roughly the same size as the one you profiled. Oh when you diled through the lighting choices on your camera it was perfect on “cool” it added a hint of blue.
I have this model and it's great!
How does it sound. Is the 504c better
what do u say when we compare the Rp-500C to Rp450 C
Is the 500c better than the 504c
can you please tell me what is the exact height of this speaker WITH rubber feet installed on them? Or just what is the height of the feet?
What's the difference between this and the RP-250C? They seem to be the exact same price.
They're pretty much the same thing. Just a new style and i guess the new titanium tweeter is supposed to be vented. I love my RP-600c it matches well with my RP-6000f's.
Ported speaker, huge difference
Not considering the size, what are the differences between the rp500c and the rp600c? I see one goes down to 58hz while the other 60hz and that the 600c has 6.5 inch woofers instead of the 5 1/4 woofers. Would the 600c sound better?
not better but louder it doesnt matter the woofer size you will crossover this to 80hz anyway there is no need to go lower for a center..........you will only go bigger if your room is bigger
Uh, what happened to the "quick review" part?
agree, this is just a shameless plug
Would you recommend pairing this speaker with the r625fa?
sure would
no, this is the reference premier, different sound...........will not match you need the cheaper center
@@Dreamediaav Hi I have 2 Klipsch RP-160m Bookshelf Speakers and I wanted to know will this Klipsch RP-500c Center Channel work great with my Klipsch RP-160m Bookshelf Speakers and my Klipsch R-112sw Subwoofer in a 3.1 setup?
How much are those
Kind of came here for a review. Not just an unboxing
No harm intended bu whats the first word in the title?
@@Dreamediaav it says quick review too
Which one is better Klipsch rp 440c or rp 500c

@@Dreamediaav would that match the Klipsch rp-280f black ash color. How much are they.
I have the RP-600c to pair with my RP-6000f mains. All in Walnut finish.
Christopher McMichael what’s your opinion do I go 500c or 600c to match with 500m or 600m book shelf’s is their a big difference in sound
@@duckpb9116 Hi. I went with the 600c to keep with same size drivers and wattage as my RF-6000fs. I'm not sure if you would really notice too much of a difference between the 500c and 600c. In my opinion or thought that the 500c would be slightly higher tonal wise do to smaller drivers and cabinet. As many people has said. The center channel in a surround sound set up is a very important part where everything from dialog to other effects come from your center channel as well as your mains. Some people have used bigger center channels then the mains. For example: 600c with a pair of 500m's or even 600m's and they love the sound. It actually wouldn't hurt to go a size bigger for your center than your mains. In my opinion. I think that the 600c would be great pairing with the 600m's. I hope i helped on your decision.
@@christophermcmichael880 Got both 600m and 600c. I absolutely love them.
