Hello, Olga! I am really inspired from you! Thank you! I have a question: it's possible to use coconut cream for this recipe, if i don't have fresh coconut. In Bulgaria is not possible to find. Because i substitute in other your recipe with cashu and don't like it.
Hello, you can definitely try but use a very fat cream for better stability :) Coconut meat plays a jelly role, coconut cream doesn't have this feature. So, that is why it's honestly not a 1 to 1 substation option. But you can try.
