I always enjoy FSElite reviews, from the honest and to-the-point approach, to the ability to pick the right items to review and at the right level of depth. Thank you FSElite for providing awesome material. The more reliable reviews for me!

I have to agree with this review. This is a study-level turboprop of the highest quality. Looks and flies like a dream.

My biggest problem with this aircraft is how DARK the interior is, where I can't even see the outline of some of the switches at NOON!!!! This NEEDS to be corrected, as I'm a real world pilot, and no cockpit is ever that dark in the daytime. Other than that, this is an excellent plane.

You need to set the throttle to "taxi range" Just as in the real aircraft, there is a lockout that prevents you from going into taxi range. Map a joystick or keyboard button to allow you to move the throttle to taxi.

Concerning the takeoff, even the owner and beta tester Jason Miller confirms that in real lfe the rudder trim is set between the white and green indicator. In the sim, leave the rudder trim centered or ever so slightly off center to the right or else the forces will pull your nose to the right instead of a natural yaw force to the left to counteract with right rudder.

Here is the feedback post from Jason Miller’s youtube channel. ruclips.net/video/BZGjBjlPkiM/видео.html and here is my video going over it which provides references to the differences between the real airplane and the HotStart. ruclips.net/video/3hzY14ExzRQ/видео.html

CDNCAVOK what monitor guys do you recommend, 1440p or 4K ? Also, I am still to see a RUclips with this aircraft that someone would fly proper precision approach (ILS, LPV) using the APR button, getting the armed modes annunciated in white on PFD, etc. I fly G1000 in real life on a Cirrus. I am new to XPplane, I am new to flight simulation period (do have Garmin’s G1000 PC Trainer).

Olasek You need to understand the GFC 700. Watch this and then you should be able to shoot any approach with the desired outcome. Also read the X-Plane G1000 to understand it’s limitations. ruclips.net/video/TnOUxBdM2m4/видео.html As for the monitor I am no expert. I bought what I could afford! Some people by V-Sync monitors if their card supports it.

You have to do maintainance. At first I liked that, but now I am sick of it and wish I could turn it off. It reminds me of some grouchy old dude reminding you the value of anything.. if you break it you have to pay for it. Yeah yeah yeah I get it..

They should make an optional mode. I certainly don't mind knowing what i broke (or what got worn or broke itself) but I don't want to deal with maintenance any more than I want to be a dispatcher and I don't want to know anything about the costs. I couldn't afford the airplane to begin with let alone repairing one.
