Getting a good workout in a small home space with your Pilates videos has been a great discovery for me. I like these shorter (10-15 minute) videos because I can mix and match a couple of them depending on my mood and energy. 😁

I've been foam rolling for years and have never tried a trigger point on the rotator cuff/lat. Thank you for showing this! It reminded me of the same kind of tension release from rolling on the TFL. :)
YES! It is a lot like the TFL release - deadly but good for you! 😂😂😂

What can I use if I don't have a foam roll
Hey Chlo :) I'm just about to buy a foam roller. There's so many different one from plain to textured, etc. Does it matter which one I get?
There are now about 100000 to choose from hey!! 😂 I would recommend a firm, foam roller that's on the smooth side. And one that's long! Mine is a bit too short.
@@GoChloPilates I know, right! That's why I was stuck 🙈 I got a plain firm one which was recommended by a physio and it's 60cm long. Hopefully that'll do 😁
