    The foam roller is a great tool for relieving stiffness and tightness in the muscles and joints of the body. In this video, I will show you the right way to use the roller on some of the stiffest spots in the body.
    You will need a foam roller, either short or long.
    Goals of the session:
    🔅Improve spinal mobility
    🔅Reduce stiffness in the thoracic spine and improve thoracic extension mobility
    🔅Relieve tightness in the quads, glutes and hips, lats and shoulders
    🔅Stretch the chest and pecs
    🔅Improve your posture
