Such a beautiful song and such an absolutely devastating loss of such a talent, far too soon. I listen to his music all the time. I wish there had been more
They say about 88% of men are never given flowers. Well, in 1988 on his Heavy Nova Tour, when he began to sing this song I gave him a bouquet of roses. He knelt down on one knee at the edge of the stage, took the flowers and looked at me and said slowly "thaank youu." I almost didn't have the guts to do it, but I'm so glad I did. He then walked to a speaker, placed the flowers down and read my card and a huge smile came across his face. I had written, YOU - are very wonderful! Keep up the good work. Love Always, .... I think of this moment often. Miss him so much. He was precious.

Robert Palmer was an incredible artist.. This is an amazing song. Just spent time going through his many songs, he was a musical genius. This guy should be recognised at the highest musical level for his music and its impact in the eighties, even today. Brilliant that we can still here these wonderful songs. Would loved to have seen Robert Palmer in concert. RIP Robert and thank you for your music.

This song is one of my favorite tracks from his Heavy Nova album. Mr. Palmer is and always be a great artist, suave and elegant performer and most important of all a talent singer. Thanks Robert we miss you deeply but you’ll always live through your everlasting music.

Your wish is coming true! As a kid I always loved his 80s hits & videos. He had more than 2. I just found his b-sides a few months ago & I have been on a serious Palmer bender since. Delving deep down the Robert Palmer rabbit hole. Im finding some amazing gems that went too far under the radar this whole time. Songs like Spellbound, So Emboldened, Captured My Heart, True Love, She Makes My Day, Some People Can Do What They Like, Best of Both Worlds, etc... the list goes on! What a phenomenal musician & producer he was! Just wow! Love finding older songs that are new gems to me. It's like Christmas over here with all these amazing Palmer tunes I'd never heard... now getting played on loop! Sort of obsessed with Palmers whole catalogue at this time in my life. He was amazing!!! His talents went too far under the radar. He probably didnt want to sell out is why. I honor him even more for that. ❤️🔥

I love listening to this track; it is the epitomy of cool; but looking at the video brings a whole new perspective to the whole genius that is RP! Cool, suave and joyous making of superb music is shown by his enjoyment of the sounds created by his fellow artists; just look at his face and body movements emphasising how he is “in tune” with their musical creation! What a superb maestro he was; a total loss to the world of music and beyond!
To be remembered as a Robert Palmer fan will be an Honor! Because he had so many qualities! Gone but never forgotten! I look forward to meeting him One Day.
