Thanks for this Joelle! This year I’ve been dealing with long term knee and shoulder pain. Not able to do the practices to the usual degree I could in the past. Hopefully, I’ll find a good physiotherapist who can finally help me :)
Another superb class Joelle! Would you be able to do a Yin video focused on Abdominal recovery...gentle stretch and strength...suffered a grade 2 abdominal strain and recovery has been tough....
