    Since I have started online exercises for my SI Joint, Irarely have pain and no longer need physical therapy. Two months ago I was in constant pain and used a walker. This video has helped change my life for the better. Thank You so much for making it available to the public.

    I have been battling SI joint pain for years off and on. This year has been the worst. I have been battling pain since July. I been doing this video all week and I am now pain free. I did it every morning and the first 2 days I did it twice a day. Thank you Thank you Thank you

    Your videos have helped me so much Joelle. Really. I have been struggling with some sort of piriformis/sciatic/tight hips and glute pain for a while, and now that I’ve found your videos I don’t even search for other instructors anymore. I tell anyone who will listen about your channel lol! You are phenomenal and your knowledge on so many various poses is something I’ve never come across in all my years of doing yoga.

    I've been having intense pain radiating from my right SI joint for over a month now. This was gentle enough for me to do and did help relieve some of the pain. Thank you!

    Loved it! Thank you for the great verbal cues. I am blind, never even heard of turtle pose and you explained it very well! I think it may be my new favorite too! I'm so grateful for instructors with excellent verbal cues.

    Thank you. I was in so much pain this morning when I woke up and I. Could feel like it was just a lot of energy around the sacral area and lower back area. And my thighs and I couldn't get to stop and I thought. Let me do some yoga for sacral pain. You came in my feed and I was so blessed. I'm in slight pain now but I can actually function again. Thank you

    I forgot how wonderful turtle feels. I fell out of my practice after opening a restaurant last year, and it all has taken quite the toll on my SI joints, back and hips. This practice was just what I needed. I'm going to add the one for hips onto my list! Namaste 💫

    I had a terrible pain in my SI joint since last night, so today i decided to do your exercises. I just finished it and i feel sooo good now! The tension is almost gone and i'm really happy with the result. I had tried some other SI joint pain exercises before, but no one worked as well as this one for me. You saved me! Thank you very much!

    Thank you so much for this video! I've been pairing it with your 10 minute stretch for the si joint and between the 2 of them, I have been able to reset my SI joint and greatly reduce my pain so that I can work on stabilizing and strengthening the region!

    Thanks for the gentle and helpful exercises! One question. When I do the butt walk, something in by butt bones cracks, not always but often, at the left side. Is it normal, or do I have to be careful? Thanks for answering!

      Glad you enjoyed it Stijn! Normally cracking isn't something to worry about - so long as it isn't accompanied by pain. It's basically the joints making room for movements they aren't used to doing. Of course if it is painful or if the movement bothers you, feel free to simply leave it out 😉

    Hi Joelle I gave this one a try as my right side si joint has been very painful 😣 I recently broke my right wrist and I’m due to have the cast removed next week do you have any hands free yoga that I could use until my wrist is fully healed x🙏🏻x

    Worried about butterfly and low lunge. I have researched and heard that those two positions overstretch the SI and make it more unstable. What do you think? Thx

      Well obviously I disagree or I wouldn't have included them in this practice 😉 Feel free to check with your doctor or PT if you've got concerns about your personal body due to injury or other specific circumstances, but for the vast majority of us there's no reason to avoid these poses.

      I struggled with an SI joint injury from the gym for a year. Physio helped but some discomfort was always there. I have been doing your exercises for about 2 months now and it’s amazing the improvement…i felt the joint strengthening from the 1st week and it does not regress as before.
