Since I have started online exercises for my SI Joint, Irarely have pain and no longer need physical therapy. Two months ago I was in constant pain and used a walker. This video has helped change my life for the better. Thank You so much for making it available to the public.

I forgot how wonderful turtle feels. I fell out of my practice after opening a restaurant last year, and it all has taken quite the toll on my SI joints, back and hips. This practice was just what I needed. I'm going to add the one for hips onto my list! Namaste 💫

The tension is almost gone and i'm really happy with the result. I had tried some other SI joint pain exercises before, but no one worked as well as this one for me. You saved me! Thank you so much for this video! I've been pairing it with your 10 minute stretch for the si joint and between the 2 of them, I have been able to reset my SI joint and greatly reduce my pain so that I can work on stabilizing and strengthening the region!

Thanks for the gentle and helpful exercises! One question. When I do the butt walk, something in by butt bones cracks, not always but often, at the left side. Is it normal, or do I have to be careful? Thanks for answering!
Glad you enjoyed it Stijn! Normally cracking isn't something to worry about - so long as it isn't accompanied by pain. It's basically the joints making room for movements they aren't used to doing. Of course if it is painful or if the movement bothers you, feel free to simply leave it out 😉
what a delicious flow! I am expecting the beginning of my menstrual cycle soon so I really appreciate the focus on the pelvis which supports the womb area

Worried about butterfly and low lunge. I have researched and heard that those two positions overstretch the SI and make it more unstable. What do you think? Thx
Well obviously I disagree or I wouldn't have included them in this practice 😉 Feel free to check with your doctor or PT if you've got concerns about your personal body due to injury or other specific circumstances, but for the vast majority of us there's no reason to avoid these poses.

I have been doing your exercises for about 2 months now and it’s amazing the improvement…i felt the joint strengthening from the 1st week and it does not regress as before.
