We want you to push your body to its absolute limit for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds and finish 8 exercises in 4 minutes(i.e.1st round). After finishing 1st round rest for a minute or less. And go for another 4 to 5 rounds in the same manner stated above.
I have always thought that dieting is eating only green vegetables and drinking water. Agoge Diet proved me wrong. I am eating delicious and nutritionally rich food and still reaching my fitness goals.

Tabata first of all is a form of HIIT. Both are excellent for your health and can help you feel leaner, stronger and more confident. The main difference is that Tabata is completed in four-minute increments and completed with higher intensity than other HIIT exercises. Tabata’s rest period is also shorter, always lasting only 10 seconds. Other HIIT exercises can have longer recovery periods, sometimes up to two minutes. It strengthens your heart and lungs and trains your cardiovascular system to manage and deliver oxygen more quickly and efficiently throughout your body. Aerobic exercise uses your large muscle groups, is rhythmic in nature, and can be maintained continuously for at least 10 minutes.
