  • Hello guys, it's allblanc TV today we prepared TOTAL BODY 4min workout all together. Since workout gets easily bored and sometimes it's too hard to keep up, we prepare various background and different routine and model for you guys to keep it up.

    This video started my regime 2 months ago. Just doing 2 sets. Now we've each lost average 5kg having gone on to do other videos but this Tabata was the one that kicked it all off.

    다른 타바타 해보니 이 영상이 제일 좋아요 땀도 많이 나고 동작이 힘들지만 허리에 무리가 없어서 따라 하게 되네요!! 쉬는 시간에 선생님들이 바뀌니 지루 하지 않아서 넘 좋아요

      Anything that can be done 3 times a day isn't a good workout. This Tabata is a warm up for a real workout at best :/

    I did this for 21 days, and guess what? I gained more strength. When I first started, I couldn't do the walking push up and high pitch without cheating. I would cheat to make time go faster. But in the end, i can easily do the push up and high pitch. I gained muscle in my thighs, and got 11 abs. My arms also got slimmer. I lost 2kg. But since I haven't got to my body goals, i'm going to continue doing this for another 21 days. Thank you Allblanc!
    P/s : please take note that I did this exercise without changing my eating habit. I eat 2 meals a day, with snacking in between.
    Starting weight : 54.5kg
    Current weight : 52.5kg

    I absolutely love these videos ... I have such a busy lifestyle and it seems daunting to me to pick out a workout that is 40 minutes long- but if I do one of these, I think to myself: “ah I could do another one...” and so on- then I’ve done like four videos in a row and I’m super satisfied with my workout 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

    Hello guys, greetings from Mexico City, two weeks ago I started exercising watching one by one of your videos, there are already 14 videos and I will continue watching them, I am 47 years old and on May 9 I am 48 years old. I'm going to be 50 years old with some steel abbs and a nice butt, watching your videos.
    Although sometimes I am distracted by the fabulous pack of 6 abbots you have, but I will fulfill my goal.

    딸아이 학교 과제 때문에 시작했는데, 아이 과제는 끝났지만 저는 계속 하고 있어요, 허벅지, 팔, 배, 팔 살이 제법 빠져서 진짜 신기해요. 감사해요!! 조금 더 익숙해 지면 두셑트로 늘릴께요!! 즐겁게 신나게 같이 운동해 주셔서 정말 감사해요♡♡♡(좋아요와 구독은 필수입니다!!)

    The best thing is get a person thats not same with your body structure and motivated him while doing your synchronized workout, so the viewers will see the transformstion of your newly recruit..
