Hey, everyone! Thanks so much for watching! I saw a few comments talking about the extra 10 EVs 'needed' on Annihilape, so let's clarify that I made the EV training part of the video super abridged (if you want the full guide to all stats, check out the EV Training Video: ruclips.net/video/9zZTmJAp5Ak/видео.html). You'll be knocking out Pokemon potentially 20 times using Rage Fist, thus earning random EVs to complete it AND I wanted to save people some money on the additional 2 vitamins. If you wanted to gain one single extra HP and Atk stat (which is negligible in raids but useful in making a perfect Pokemon):
✅ If you have money, you CAN purchase 26 of both HP up and Protein to give both those stats 252/252 vs 250/252 (or use 2 of the corresponding feather consumables per stat)
Hope that helps clarify!
A work around for the 20 Rage Fists, find a low level Lechonk and use Rage Fist on it til you run out of PP, restore it in battle and use it up again. Since you don’t have to actually hit the Pokémon with Rage Fist you’ll still get the credit even if it doesn’t effect it out you miss the attack👌🏿 This is way quicker then knocking them out 1 by 1
bruh idk how you figured this out, but MAD PROPS!
A better way to do it is to actually kill mons so you can get points and ev train at the same time as you try to evolve it….
@@mobious01 why ev train the hard way with all these medical and candy ways that make EV training super easy
@@DragonKnight963 Since you have to do the 20 rage fist to evolve it. That make sense to use a power bracer while doing it and save 200k and if you want to do 28 lechong you save 260k.
Power weight(HP) not power bracer(ATK)
This was so helpful & awesome Abdallah! Please make more of these EV/IV/Hyper training build videos to solo 6 star raids with! Definitely need more of them for different raid types!
Remember! It's 25 hp up and 25 protein and then 2 more ev points in attack and 2 more ev points in hp. Then you have 6 left over evs to put in something else like defense.
Probably sp def for ghost and Psy, but yes to complete. I was about to comment how his ape was short on hp since it wasn't sparkled.
So when your using IV items how man can you use on any given pokemon and if you do this will you still have to hyper train or no?
@@MysteryMan199725 Hyper training deals with IV's so yes you will have to Hyper train still. The vitamins deal with EV's, which you normally get through battling wild pokemon. It is just a work around. The maximum amount of EV's you can have in one stat is 252. Vitamins from generation 8 onward can get your pokemon to 250. One vitamin gives 10 EVs in the stat it says
@@ThunderWolf600 thanks for the info my man... helps clear things up a lot
@@MysteryMan199725 No problem! Anything else that needs clearing up let me know. I gotchu
YES!! The video I've been highly anticipating & most in need of - thank you very kindly for this awesome guide, and you absolutely bet I'll be building up this little rage-monkey ASAP!!
I'd also be equally interested to see vids for solo 6* Gholdengo & Sylvenuke as well if it's not too much trouble? Gotta have options to combat type weaknesses/strengths after all.
Thanks again for great tutorial, and I hope you have a very happy & safe holiday!
EDIT: Just out of curiosity, was the vid meant to be 360p quality? I figure yes, just curious as I almost thought my PC was acting up since we're so used to the HD & we've been dealing with weather issues up here.
I haven't seen your channel in a long time and was pleasantly surprised when it popped back up on my suggested. I loved this video and grabbed this Primape, maxed it in less than 30 minutes thanks to the video. Love the effort and keep up the great work!
A lot of knowledgeable comments. Makes me very excited, yet a little intimidated seeing as this year will be my first vgc. I wish you all the best of luck, and look forward to meeting you.
This is so helpful! Thank you. I just unlocked 6 Star raids and was having trouble figuring out how to be effective. Looking forward to watching your full Greninja raid breakdown when that starts. I appreciate all of the details you included in this video and how thorough your explanation is.
Just finished this build and looking forward to using it. Thanks Abdallah 😊
You should do more builds/guide for builds like this! It was awesome!! Thank you!
Ghondelgo, Flutter Mane, Azumarill....they are pretty easy once you have the right set up
I actually have an Adamant Tera-Ice Annihilape from a random 5 star Tera Raid, so this upload is perfect timing even if I have multiple Pokémon built for raiding.
Can we bring back the quaxly haircut?
Thanks Abdallah ive been using my Sylveon and my Ceruledge to solo cant wait to try this one out
Use the heal up cheer to remove status conditions like burn from will-o-wisp.
Left overs is a great tactic for sure. I've found Covert cloak to be my go to item for raids to prevent the after effect statuses from damaging moves.
Thank you!! I have been running the defiant annilape I got in a raid and he's amazing!! I also gave him metronome to hold and he's just free
That’s also a great item to hold!
I was just about to build one! Thank you good sir!
Gengar with Giga Drain has been helpful against ground, rock & water tera-types in the 5 star raids. Just keep stealing HP and it doesn’t get knocked out. If it has grass-type tera and terastilizes, it might be even more effective (I haven’t tried it).
I haven’t been in any 6 star raids with it yet.
generally i just use different mons depending on type. iron hands, annihalape, azumarill, gholdengo are all solid, but volcarona, garchomp, chi-yu, chien pao, and miraidon are all really good when having type advantage as well
Yes!! My shiny Annihilape will now be useful. Thanks 🌟
man i just stumbled across your video/channel and i got a huge nostalgia hit i used to watch your videos on the yokai watch games all the time you literally carried me through those games nice to see your still posting going strong definitely gonna be tuning in for your pokemon videos
Dude, this is amazing! Thank you for posting this video.
Ty bro really appreciate you making this video
keep up the great work!!! merry christmas/happy holidays!!
Abdallah thank you for your amazing and informative videos
Oo screech! I had been doing bulk up drain/rage. Big brain moment
thanks! i will try this! was struggeling with my iron hands and bellydrum combo's this will be tried soon first grind cash
HERO!!! This build rocks. I cannot thank you enough
Thanks for the information abdallaha have a happy holiday
Wish I found this a while back lol. Luckily I had a shiny Annihilape that I did most of this with, but definitely need to update the moves. :D
I have two I switch between: one with Defiant for most raids and one with Vital Spirit for the annoying spore/yawn users.
Abdallah I have the cinderace figured out! Lmk what u think. Hopefully u see this. As long as ppl listen and don't attack .... 1 espathra and orangurus 3. 1 Oranguru drop reflect, espathra calm mind other 2 oranguru instruct espathra so she doesn't 2 more times. Next turn same besides the guy that dropped reflect might do a heal chear instead. Turn 3 espathra lumina crash all oranguru instruct. Lumina crash lowers sp defense of opponent so should be a 3 turn set up and ko. Since they instructed her to boost her sp attack and defense plus lumina crash drops opponents sp defense (by 2 I think) sounds great on paper Hopefully you can teach ppl. Oh espathra works great as a solo for 5 and 6☆ fighting and poison. Since it's psychic if anyone else reads this
Perfect! Thank you!
It depends on the type matchups, but I use Skeledirge if I need a fire type w/ torch song. Electric/Dragon is Miraidon with metal sound.
For my annihilape I used bulk up 4 times and then earthquake until the half way point and then use rage fist a couple of times depending on the type I’m up against. Much faster than trying to use rage fist 20 times and you won’t get knocked out.
Look out for flying/water terra pincurchin, bring electric terra miraidon (you don’t need ev/hyper trained). Use charge twice metal sound once and attack cheer once then spam drift
I was today years old when I learnt "holding the B button makes you climb ladders faster", who knew I'd come here to learn that 🤣
They're definitely tough. I tried to fight a 6 star Baxcaliber and got him halfway down but just couldn't get it done lol it was my 1st 6 star raid I was like wow.
Use belly drum huge power azumarill, I just beat a 6 star baxcalibur a couple hours ago with it. The only attack it has that does damage is icicle spear and it doesn’t do squat
Got my first shiny while using rage fist! So happy
Shellbell is my goto tbh couples with drain fist or any drain move goes crazy
I rarely do raid battles but this might be useful because I just found out how to get the herb mystica stuff
Does this technic for maxing out hp and attack work for any Pokemon possible?
no
I found that Primape a while ago and have been using it for a while. Never thought it would turn into a Six Star Raid strat 😅
It doesnt work for me.
i recommend to farm the nacli just 10 of them because their abillty makes it where you have to hit them twice
Personally I like Belly Drum Iron Hands for raids but I will definitely try this out 👍
The only Pokémon that he does not kill all struggle to kill is a Pokemon called corvanight because of its special ability mirror armour
Does Iron Hands with Drain Punch Close Combat Thunder Punch and Belly Drum work the same?
Tip for anyone on too low a budget to buy all the ev training vitamins, you can visit any delibird presents store and but the power accessories set. These give bonus ev's based on the accessory the pokemon holds.
Great video. More please.
Will do!
I've been doing 5/6 solo raids for over 3 weeks now because of this BEAST!
Hey, question. How many bulk ups are recommended? 2 or 3?
To touch on EV training, just remember that 4 EVs equals one point in a stat. At the point in the video where it's said to be maxed out in HP and attack, it's actually only maxed out in Attack because Shinx gives attack EVs. The two Shinx used to evolve Primeape gave it the final two Attack EVs needed to reach 252 EVs, or 63 points in Attack. On top of the 25 Protein and HP Up, people should use 2 Health Feather and 2 Muscle Feathers or knock out two Lechonk and two Shinx. A 26th Vitamin in each stat is also an option if money isn't an issue.
Yeah, I purposely used 25 vs 26 just for that idea. It’s a brief summary of EV training for beginners and if people want extra clarity, they can visit the EV training guide.
Would this work on an umbreon raid while it has tickle/Foul play/Tera Blast/Dark pulse/ and the curse/calm mind as the additional moves?
What would be the best terra form for this build?
Nice video
I know the its probably not suggested but would I be good if I used defiant as the ability
Finally someone who doesn't try to claim that this annihalape build can ohko solo every raid in the game when honestly anything that is super effective and special attack destroys him easily. Definitely a good build for physical attackers who don't two super effective damage to you but not as super hype OP as others have tried to claim
what a great video
If I Evolve him first and do this process after would it have a negative effect ?
i tried this with my already 100 ape hp and calcium have no effect will i need to build another. sorry have no clue lol
Wow crazy didn't know you could give your pokemon the ivs it was missing 😭 I've been farming for a perfect shiny noibat for weeks 🤣🤣
does it still work just the same if I use the health ups and protiens after evolving to annihilape
Happy Holidays take care✅
This method works best if annihilape is level 100, if its lower then the start takes time to learn.
Is the Vital Spirit ability necessary? The Primeape I got from the Tera raid has Inner Focus
Thanks u
In fact, you have to buy 26 of the HP and Attack EV training items, because the maximum amount of points is 252, not 250. Or, you can buy 25 and then use the Feather items to get those 2 extra points on Attack and HP.
Also, if you get burned, just use the "Heal" command, and it will heal your hp, and it will cure your burn.
In fact, I purposely left that part out to save money. Odds are, the 20 Pokémon you knock out will give you the stray 10 EVs that honestly don’t matter in this build.
Using the heal cheer only to get burned in that turn isn’t worth even mentioning. Just stay away from those 5 pokemon raids.
Hello smash happy christmas
this man has to many candies
Oh! Belly drum instead of bulk up with the help from mirror herb, then Rage fist/Drain punch while holding a shell bell 👍🏻 faster
Love the build! But the opponent always seems to nullify the stat changes 😂😢
Side note: that's a cool deck
sweet lord your a god
Is defiant ability for Anhialape worth it because you get free stat buffs
Does it matter what the tera type is?
How many bulk ups do u reccomend?
Yeah he only really has problem against burn, dittos, and other annihilapes
Im always broke, and I went with Feathers since I find them so often
Abdullah someone got me to watch 3 videos suggested from one video 💀💀
9:32 Shell bell > leftovers. More OP like when u use leech moves leech moves
How does anyone make this work you can't screech 3 time and bulk 2 times maybe for 2 raids before they set up a shield I don't understand am i doing somthing wrong any help appreciated
This is a nice build but Belly Drum Iron Hands is a better fighting type for solo raids. But I'll try this build
Well .. some scarlet players don't have iron hands .
So I can't do this training if I already have annihlape?
The good thing about soloing raids is that if your teammates die the timer doesn't decrease faster
Yeah, that’s the best part!
quick question do I have to build it up all the way from a mankey/primape or can i just use a already caught Annihilape
No, fresh caught annihilape is fine just do all the ev and iv training.
@@supersaiyan5889 ok thanks :)
So what can annihilate actually beat cos it does seem to beat many
Even though I knew... I had to click because of the Mewtwo silhouette 😂
Same 😂
Guess I'm building this Pokémon now
Do it!
Does it have to be a poison tera type?
Bro really just predicted 7 star tera raid meetwo in his thumbnail
He kinda struggles against poision type teras aswell, a poision tera orthworm demolished me
Did all that and the first Raid I went into was a 5-Star Staraptor to test it out. It… did not go well. 😂😂😢
Yeah it doesnt work.
I had tryed Tryied Annihilape, and yes it does wonders, but i had hit some walls, as much as they are strong, they also have major flaws.
* Pretty hard to come aback after a reset (either boss resets your buffs or their debuffs).
* Covert Cloak helps, but is far from enough.
* Taunt can easily kill the run.
* NEEDS to get hit (had Raids where i was like on turn 5 and only got hit once).
* You don't wanna fight against a Ditto.
I had changed to use Gholdengo instead, and had more success.
* you only 2/2 (two turns of buff and two turns of debuff)
* Their ability (good as gold) is just busted, put Covert cloak and you are pretty much immune to any status/secondary effects.
* Back to their ability, it has an interesting effect on they raid boss AI, where it will try to use a move over and over even if it doesn't work, for example, i had a boss that used "Thunder wave" on me for 4 turns in a row, basically free setup.
* You don't need to worry if the boss did hit you enough or not
I cannot express how much their ability is busted, you go from "pls don't let this raid boss Taunt/Thunder wave/etc me" to "HA dumb dumb tried that", you basically don't need to worry about what the boss is doing, cuz there is not much they can do to you aside from pure damage.
This was the exactly build I was going to make for the next vid!
Only downside of Annihilape are special attackers of the types it is weak to.
Yup! It’s a rough battle!
But I believe despite your weaknesses, just hope for One Punch Annihilape
If your lucky you can grab a six star Anniliape (5/6 ivs)
Yeah! That was my other one I built!
I'm having a little bit of trouble doing this because either I get stuck with three other Pokémon in a solo raid that do either too much damage or not enough and it's just doesn't work out even for five star rates sometimes please make a second video about the issues and how to maybe be able to fix it or not I really do not care maybe just get some give some more tips about this
Better yet as for a shortcut just catch a Anniliape at a raid den.
You actually need 26! HP up and atk up and 1 def spec def or speed up for fully ev trained😅
Because 252 ev are needed in both
You can see it at 6:00 Not fully Max out HP because it isnt sparkling and atk is only maxed because you attacked Shinx which gives atk ev😅
I would suggest shell bell instead of leftover 🔔🔔🔔
Is this build stronger than iron hands?
Doesn't using pokecenters reset the rage fist counter
wait mewtoo was in violet and scarlet ? when did this happen
Your EVs for annihilape are not maxed out on hp... It would be sparkling in both hp and attack if it were so. You have some random points in random stats... Try eating one of all the ev reducing berries then fix your hp to be full.
Purposely neglected the 2 EVs to save people money on vitamins.
LeChonk with 6ivs and lvl 1 Ko’s everything because LECHONK
I can’t even beat 5 star raids. I don’t even wanna think about 6 star raids. I have no interest in doing the gym leader rematches, so I won’t ever have to worry about 6 star raids. I did get a 5 star tera ice dragonite this morning though. torch song with skellidirge made that raid super easy.
5 stars aren't too bad for me now. I got a few level 100s now so I have some variety. 6 stars are no joke though lol but I'm building a team so I'll be ready for those soon.
And there are 7 star raids...
Right now you can farm XL and L exp candies from 5 star delibird raids. It's a rather low stat Pokemon so as long as you bring something that isn't weak to ice and is high level strong against it's tera, you're good.
Once you have enough candies to lvl 100 a mon, you can plow thru raids that it's good at for more XL candies.
@@Langey_Fitness I have a level 98 Skellidirge that will destroy those icy birds. I will remember that. Thanks. Also, my Meowscarada is at level 100, Quaquaval is at 96, and my Annihilape that is built just like Abdallah’s in this video, is currently at 83. 5 star raids are much easier with this crazy monkey. I guess buffs and debuffs really are important.
You’re one of the reasons I made this video. Go build this Pokémon and report back.
