I love the 45-60 min workouts so I don't have to do 2 videos. Also, the timer on the bottom and the next level preview help!
Would love to go back to some longer sessions with thé lightning...the level 9 was nasty ans there was no preview to it. I had to catch my breath before going back to the Cycling...

Great session, only two issues is not knowing how long is left or what the next effort is. You guys are doing a great job and really helped me build fitness. I like to do the same work out 3 times a week and then change each week. Keep up the great work, I look forward to seeing your next videos.

Wow I was not ready for the last superset! Phew! Was halfway through thinking this was super easy and I missed the jokes/amber lights. Next thing I knew we were going for 4 minutes straight above threshold! Thanks for the sneaky burner!
While I too like countdowns and previews, it was also encouraging to see the team was surprised by the stinger at the end.

Thought it was too long of breaks in the beginning but I think I needed to ease into it. I was able to find sh strong. 💪

Absolutely love doing these. Formally in shape, I've gotten old (64) and have let myself gain 20 unwanted pounds. I used to race in Germany and Italy, but have settled down to non-riding. I workout in my gym. These sessions have all that I want. Short, long and type of riding I like. I used to be a spin instructor and had waiting lists. I'm getting back and GCN is a major reason I am doing it.. Thanks!

Come On Hank! I know the title says HIIT but this felt more like an FTP test. I did a 45 minute full body workout just before this session and I barely made it. I'm smashed but that was a great workout. Thank you and the GCN Team as always.

Love the session and the lack of preview actually gave me a kick in n the butt which i enjoyed😆. Not sure about the rpm though as felt like you guys were going at 90 ?

Overall enjoyed the workout, but Hank definitely didn’t describe what it would be very clearly at the beginning, and then the misstep of calling out a recovery when it was actually supposed to ramp up to 9 throws off the momentum! Good quick workout, but could have been executed better for the video.
Couldn't get through without knowing what was coming next, sorry. Off to do an older one.
Great session, not super brutal which is just what you need sometimes but the missing preview and overall session graphics kinda ruin it for me.
