QUESTION……………. Can you give more riding pointers. I’ve been riding my whole life on mtn bikes.
But never had any formal coaching on riding position. I’ve become a huge road fan and enjoy the freedom and exercise.
Tips on where to put hands. Hold shoulders, tuck hands, retract neck….
Any descriptions of body position would beneficial.

Really love these training videos and especially those by Manon - good mix of chatting and explanation for the session!
But honestly if the others, especially that guy at the front, don't want to be in the video, don't include them. It's unmotivating to see them make absolutely no effort.

Nice session but a bit easy with 1 minute rests between the efforts. Would work better with 30-40 seconds I think

Love these workouts. I don’t think we needed that extra minute of rest at the top of the pyramid. That dropped the intensity a bit much for my liking.
Really good session but a minute recovery between each is probably a bit too long

It seems like they can only put mics on the 2 in front and even then, it seems like most of the riders are uncomfortable to speak up and opt not to be mic'd. I wish they would say more, but then again I don't think I'd have the breath to bike hard and talk at the same time anyway.
