@@Gabriel.asmodeus The pronunciations are a little weird to be honest, even for English words like ‘armistice’, so that’s a bit of a peeve. Besides that, yeah, misunderstandings and misrepresentations of history. Here’s an authenticity test for the ages, if someone mentions getting pushed into war through alliances, and then starts saying ‘World War…’, then ‘One’ is the only correct answer for someone who knows what they are talking about. It is literally the most well recorded and understood example of that happening in history, whereas the alliances in WW2 were kinda shoddy, especially when Hitler declared war on America. Those are my concerns, the videos are decent otherwise though, a few lacklustre opinions here and there.

    • @eeraboti
      @eeraboti Год назад +21

The third coffin is most likely Rasa (gaaras dad) because orochimaru killed Rasa and took his place in the chunin exams. But to be honest, kishimoto probably meant for it to be Minato and he forgot about it later on so he just left the 3rd coffin alone. It might not be Rasa because the 3rd hokage was more afraid of the 3rd coffin than the first 2 hokage, which wouldn't make sense. But hiruzen probably knows that orochimaru can release people from the shinigamis stomach so he could have thought it was Minato even if it wasn't.

Wait what? Minato's body was in the coffin but Orochimaru's summoning failed because his soul was sealed within the Shinigami (reaper death seal).
I believe Kishimoto originally wanted Hiruzen to be the one who stopped the summoning but later retconned it to be that his soul was unavailable to be brought back. It was Orochimaru in the fourth war who had discovered a way to release the souls that were trapped within the Shinigami which also included Hashirama, Tobirama, Hiruzen and Minato's souls.

Also, Madara isn't delusional. He grew up in the warring states, and actually gave Hashirama his ultimate goal. He helped establish the 5 great ninja nations, ending the warring states. But even that didn't put an end to war and child soldiers. Just how you praised itachi for killing his clan to protect sasuke, Madara did everything he could for world peace, to include joining his arch-nemesis and fulfilling his dreams, and seeing where that led. The 5 nations did not end war as promised, even if it was amazing. Madara had the greatest vision of anyone in the series. He got everyone's needs met and dreams fulfilled in one jutsu. He united the world in ways Hashirama never could. He was not a hypocrite, not a liar. He used the burden of his strength to remove suffering from the world, successfully.

At least the Infiinite Tsukuyomi pretends to care about YOU the person involved. No other system of living, anime or otherwise, ever took EVERYBODY'S well-being into account.
If Madara came to Earth today to make the IT, I'd do everything in my power to ensure that plan go thru. I'd gladly be food for the god tree to live in a dream, than be stuck in a reality where I have to suffer to add some meaningless meaning to my life.

Obito is a character who is trying to make everyone have a perfect reality while placing the burden on himself as the ultimate loser who misses out on this perfect reality. Mainly cause you can’t put a genjutsu on yourself normally (Kotoamatsukami is Shisui not Itachi), and Obito wants to become the ten tails Jinchuriki. Kisame was loyal to his kage but his kage was manipulated by Madara/ Obito. His loyalty was to madara with extra steps. He was one of the few who knew Madara was in charge, so the leaf believing Madara was still alive and a threat leading to the war makes more sense than them going to war based on reputation.
...which explains why Itachi went to the leaf after the death of the third because he needed to contact someone since the third was dead. He couldn't, probably, contact, Tsunade so he needed confirmation. Which explains why he knew Sasuke absorbed orochimaru which means his contact had to be Danzo. Which means he had to swallow his pride, and hide so much after Hiruzen's death. Since orochimaru was his enemy and Hiruzen was dead who was left to let him know of how the curse marks worked.
Or he went to the leaf, out of order of the gedo statue, to let the leaf know the atasuki was targeting Naruto, as a heads up.

If there's one thing life has taught me is that empathy doesn't depend on shared experience of pain but on sympathy. If someone likes you they will feel for you even if they didn't go through the same suffering you did. But if someone dislikes you or is indifferent about you but is otherwise a bitter person, they will do the exact opposite, even if they share your pain. The former will say "I don't know much about what you're going through, but I'm sorry for you", while the latter will say "If I could survive it, so can you, so stop complaining" This is why I never agreed with Pain's ideology of achieving peace through collective suffering.

Exactly!!! I don't know how this isn't being mentioned more in the comments.
The only members of the Akatsuki to even mention or even show a hint of knowing about the Eye of the Moon plan were Obito & Black Zetsu. The rest were all following Nagato's plan to use the tailed beasts like nukes.

Ya know Sasori's reason could be the downright dirty reason and that would be slavery I mean think about it he went to other people captured them and used them for his ideals. Pain's reasoning could be power he wants the power of the tailed beast to establish peace (pretty straight forward there). You never touched on Orochimaru who I think his motives would be discovery as he wants to discover a new power, a new technique, a new jutsu something that he doesn't know about this could also be the reasoning why he was kicked out as the discovery of something new hasn't been into play for a long time

Honestly, as far as the real world, Kakuzu's reason is one of the biggest drives for those with much to gain... to keep wars going.
You can make more money from war than peace. You gain more innovation, inventions, and technological progress during times of competitions and conflicts.
Kakuzu being alive as long as he has, taking from others to prolong himself, and for the sake of profit makes him no different than many old politicians, bankers, and profiteers in our world who want to make the most profit & power.

Your philosphy on Madara sounds legit, until you realize that you defined what humanity was. Madara brought about more of your definition of humanity than anyone else. He forced the entire world to rise to their highest level as equals, something nothing else in the histroy of Naruto was able to do, including Hagoromo. Madara is also a product of war, having seen the best and worst of every human and nation, and being shaped by every person he encountered. Madara has the most accurate view of the world, where as Naruto has yin-yang speech, able to create the world he wishes. Madara is hard Reality. Naruto is hard Ideology. But Madara WAS right. Eye of the Moon plan would have stopped everyone from suffering, and the dream world they get to live in (a dream world that every human lives in currently) would have been based on their entire humanity. He didn't force specific dreams, he forced everyone to have a dream world they would appreciate.
Believe what you want, Madara is one of the few characters in any show who created world peace. Even if it was only for a filler arc, there were only 4 unhappy people on earth when he succeeded in his plan.
Madara is the hero that Naruto series needed, and our actual earth needs a hero like Madara, to force us to be the best version of ourselves, because we ignore that fact that we are being forced to live humanity the way we are. Everything you do is forced. Some colonizer killed someone, and this was the world created in the wake of that. Madara just had a violent plan. But, it included everyone's well-being. I think you should give Madara and his ideology more credit. You may not like his method, but his impact was the best in the entire Naruto series, and dare I say, he had the greatest impact in nearly any anime.

I def see where you’re coming from, but who’s to say the dream like experience would really be peace? Some people could still be wreaking havoc in their dreams, so would it truly implement peace or would it just give everyone what they wanted in their own world? I mean not everyone’s dream was peace. Idk just a thought.

pains whole idea of how if everyone felt each others pain it would bring peace, is how the shinobi alliance formed and overall, how world peace was finally achieved. Gaara’s speech about how all of their jinchuriki and tailed beasts were taken from them and said there was no enemies between shinobi because they all felt the same pain. so Pain technically achieved his dream of sharing pain to make everyone friends so they could understand each other.
