10 Minute Upper Abs Workout at Home

- Hello everyone!
This is a follow along 10 minute abs workout to target the upper abdominal muscles.
The rectus abdominis muscle runs down the centre of your torso from your sternum down to your pubic bone. When you work these muscles, they contract and all gear towards having visible abs when combined with a body fat percentage that allows visibility.
However they have many important roles in our body such as flexion of our lumbar spine, postural support and tilting of the pelvis.
Most of these exercises involves movements involving bring the chest towards the pelvis.
The exercises are performed for 1 minute, straight onto the next however take a moment as and when you need it!
Pike to leg lower
Toe reaches
Table top cross arm crunch
Crunch
Elbow to knee twist
Elbow to knee twist
Table top side reach
Table top side reach
Table top tuck
Crunch pulses
Try to relax your neck and use your upper ab muscles to lift your upper torso.
This exercises, combined with core moments (such as planks and resistance training), high intensity workouts and a sustainable and healthy diet will over time progress to visible definition!

I thought my abs were fairly strong...I was proven wrong after this workout. Love it! Can't wait for more.

This is the first workout I have come across with no talking and just getting right into it with no breaks to explain things. I loooove this!!! I don’t have to scroll past all the explanations interrupting my workout flow. Amazing!!! And such a good upper and workout. Feeling the burn!

Did this as the follow on from the upper body day of the Circuits Series. Great to finish with some ab work. Always, enjoy Caroline's ab exercises they challenge you every time, even though you think you have strong abs think again, there is always, more work to do 😊👍👌

I came back to this routine after Circuits Day 2 and 2 years of doing Caroline's programs on a daily basis. I remember the first time I did this. Pike to Leg Lowers seemed impossible back then and the 10 minutes seemed like 30! Today I could hold balance perfectly and embraced the burn until the last second.🔥 It's such a great feeling of accomplishment. I know that pride is a sin but I love feeling proud for what I have achieved during the psat 2 years. Thanks, Caroline. I couldn't have done it without your help. 😘🙏

What I really really like about this page is that is no nonsense, no bullshit..just a good workout! So many people on youtube try and be sexy and they talk and crack jokes and it is just cringe and it lacks charisma and proper technique. This is by far one of the best workout pages. It builds strength and discipline. Good work!
I added this after EPIC Heat Day 17 and I nearly collapsed. I was so exhausted and the exercises were damn hard. I thought my abs where in an ok state but this workout has proven me damn wrong. I didnt manage to work the entire 60 seconds. Had to pause after my abs started cramping 😅. Looking forward to my sore belly tomorrow 🤣.

Good morning Caroline, I’m glad I made it for a week. Intensively workout 🏋️♀️ with you, and I’ve lost already 1kg. I’m very happy and carrying on on my daily routine exercises with. You are my greater inspiration. I wake up 5am in morning, I do 10m exercise, each day different one. And I go to work 8am, I feel so good throughout the day.

I do this immediately after waking up in the morning without taking any liquid or food. It has been only 8days since i started this routine and I am flattered. The results are amazing. I dont do anything apart from this workout and i dont have any particular diet as well. I still see a huge difference in my upper abs area. I never thought that 10mins would make such a difference.
This was very effective I had to rest multiple times throughout. my upper abs are weak.

My abs started to hurt during the second exercise; from that point on it was a matter of deep concentration, focussing on pushing out rep after rep as my abs burned fiercely. 🔥❤️

@@pragya8299 ill try lol i dont know what u specially want. When I first started I had only 2 upper abs. A few weeks in as I started her workout my lower abs started showing and they became more defined. Remember you need a good diet and you cant eat junk food😊

Hello Lyvi! Try putting hands clasped behind head and look at ceiling as head and upper back should come up as one by using upper abs only... think about it more as an upper back raise then squeeze rather than a crunch. Cx
