Me and 13 yo my daughter started following various fitness youtubers every week since Covid-19 2nd wave hit Jakarta and made Indonesia rank #1 in the worldmeter for number of daily cases back in May or June this year hoping that we can improve our imune and survive the nightmare. But, when we found you Caroline, we immediately fall in love with your workout programs because you are so encouraging with your warm smile. We would had to hold each other’s legs to do sit ups before and pause your videos several times in the middle to catch our breaths and can only use 2kg dumbells at each hand. Now we can do our situps by ourselves, no more pausing videos, our dumbells are 5kg at each hand and we join your videos 3x a week now because its so addictive. And the best part is the refreshed feeling we obtained that washes away all the fatiques from long and stressfull office works and study. We couldn’t thank you enough for this. Love you Caroline, keep up the spirit ❤️
Here’s a tip: if every time you do the leg lowers, instead of keeping your arms straight up if you angle them back slightly (as long as you keep your back on the mat) you really get a great stretch in the abs and also work those triceps. It made it all that more intense! Each time I’d try to angle back my arms a little bit more.
woah. this is my period week and this week's workout format allow me to push hard in a shorter time which is perfect when i feel my energy is a bit low. always did the add-ons and feeling very accomplished and energized after! thanks as always caroline and have a good one everyone! ❤️🔥

I love ab routines just like this! Adding the weight is a great way for me to slow down a smidge and really feel my way through the motion of the exercise, taking out any momentum. Great burn in 10 minutes time! Thank you! Good luck everyone and good job!

I really like the crunch to sit up because i've always struggled with crunches.. but that helps me realize the difference between the two now..!!! Love core workouts. Love seeing how strong my core is getting. I would leave core work out of my workout routine for such a long time. That led to two injured hip flexors. The core is more than just the mid-section. I now add core each day to my workout routine. Thank you.

Hi! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I did not use any dumbbell but could not even last 4 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 8 kg dumbbell and did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated.

Hey CG! I’ve been a Girvanator for quite a while, but haven’t commented until today. I just wanted to drop by and say thank you so much for taking time out of your day to create these. As a student that has been struggling over the pandemic, these workouts give me something to look forward to in a day and a reason to get out of bed every morning. I’m sure everyone else here can say the same. I’m probably in the best shape I’ve been in in my life, and I am thankful for you every day. (edit: I was going to comment a request but forgot what I was going to ask! Lmao). Can you maybe make a leg workout for those who aren’t quite as flexible? A bit embarrassed to say, but my flexibility is not the best and I found some of the exercises in the quads workout Monday challenging, mainly the Cossack squats. If not, no biggy. Perhaps not so intense as Monday...but a great workout nonetheless! I did it twice...by the end of round two it was becoming hard! The intensity of the leg lowers gradually builds up! Have a lovely day! Matthew

I've been doing several different men follow along ab workouts and this is by far the most intense ab workouts I've ever done. This kicked my ass. Lol

Hi! Is this also for men? I did this with my mother-in-law but it was brutal! I did not use any dumbbell but could not even last 4 minutes and completely gave up 😟 My MIL used 8 kg dumbbell and did this full lesson powerfully! She have those rock hard abs in the front stomach and the rock hard obliques in the stomach sides also. I feel really low and defeated.
I guess "Leg Lowers" is just the Irish word for "rest".
Just try and let us know I guess you will know what is rest and horrible punishment for hell

Hey CG! I’ve been a Girvanator for quite a while, but haven’t commented until today. I just wanted to drop by and say thank you so much for taking time out of your day to create these. As a student that has been struggling over the pandemic, these workouts give me something to look forward to in a day and a reason to get out of bed every morning. I’m sure everyone else here can say the same. I’m probably in the best shape I’ve been in in my life, and I am thankful for you every day. (edit: I was going to comment a request but forgot what I was going to ask! Lmao). Can you maybe make a leg workout for those who aren’t quite as flexible? A bit embarrassed to say, but my flexibility is not the best and I found some of the exercises in the quads workout Monday challenging, mainly the Cossack squats. If not, no biggy.
To everyone- keep pushing. You got this.

This is going to be a very tough challenge for me-combining cardio with heavy weights is so hard after having had COVID twice. But if anyone can teach me to learn to love it, you guys can! You are all amazingly supportive and wonderful. Caroline has been such an incredible influence on us all!!!
