I've been doing this work out roughly once a week for nearly four months. I cant explain the difference it has made. The first few times of doing this workout, I couldn't even finish it, and today, I still haven't mastered all the moves especially the plank twists where I struggle to hold my balance for the duration, however feel so much stronger and less grunting and groaning. Amazing! Thank you so much.

I have a feeling Caroline actually reads my mind. I needed an abs workout this week but they are either too short or too long. So I worked arms and full body but couldn't do a 10 min abs after them. This one is perfect for today! Thank you.
I found my happy place… Epic Heat, repeat. What I noticed during this ab workout is how my core strength has improved. After 15 months of Caroline's workouts there has been a dramatic effect in every part of my body. I have always been fit but my level of fitness has increased ten fold. Strength training has proved enormously beneficial to my running and, I’ve been injury free during the whole year. After decades of a range of fitness classes where I was never encouraged to try to do a full push-up, I am now able to do them. Amazing. All down to Caroline Girvan' supportive encouragement - to try, even if it’s just 1 or, 2. When I do 20, I feel so proud and strong. Believe in yourself. You can do this. Yes, it’s hard. Yes, it’s a challenge…but you will feel epic when you achieve even the smallest of your goals. Well done, everyone. Ever grateful. Thank you, Caroline.

Also I couldn't desert Caroline! I do miss some of the class instructors...I keep in contact with them through facebook and I'd like to see some of them again for a class at some point. For all the exercises!! for example I could not do the push up well.... Now I realized that the secret is all there, CORE STABLE AND STRONG.... In addition to strong arms of course!! Also in our daily is very useful.... I no longer have back pain!

Brilliant, superbly planned workouts, nice change to your training. Yes, this week is all about listening to my body and doing my favourite sessions. On Monday I did sprints and pump workout from epic 2 - I am sure you remember those complexes 😂 Then the next two days I did posterior chain and unilateral leg day. So far I am feeling amazing and ready for whatever has Caroline planned for us. But although I am enjoying it, I trully miss chatting to you guys about how you find the workout and how it went for you. My schedule is off this week so I just did superior shoulders and the add on last Wednesday 🔥🔥🔥and just finished this abs and core. I had to modify these kinds of work out due to back and neck problems as a result of a car accident in 2013. Having said that, I pushed through the first half but I quite enjoyed the side plank lifts. Have a great weekend and thank you kindly for your positive words!

This is the first time I can't finish the exercises, it's very difficult, and I tried to complete it, but only 19 minutes, and my body began to feel very tired with pain in the abdominal muscles, although I'm weak, it's a very, very difficult exercise.

I have a feeling Caroline actually reads my mind. I needed an abs workout this week but they are either too short or too long. So I worked arms and full body but couldn't do a 10 min abs after them. This one is perfect for today! Thank you.

I found my happy place… Epic Heat, repeat. What I noticed during this ab workout is how my core strength has improved. After 15 months of Caroline's workouts there has been a dramatic effect in every part of my body. I have always been fit but my level of fitness has increased ten fold. Strength training has proved enormously beneficial to my running and, I’ve been injury free during the whole year. After decades of a range of fitness classes where I was never encouraged to try to do a full push-up, I am now able to do them. Amazing. All down to Caroline Girvan' supportive encouragement - to try, even if it’s just 1 or, 2. When I do 20, I feel so proud and strong.
Believe in yourself. You can do this. Yes, it’s hard. Yes, it’s a challenge…but you will feel epic when you achieve even the smallest of your goals.

@@gerimulvany9585 Hi Geri...no I haven't been to the gym. The university Sports Park which is where I went is now open again...but as I am semi retired and working from home I don't go to the campus. Also I couldn't desert Caroline! I do miss some of the class instructors...I keep in contact with them through facebook and I'd like to see some of them again for a class at some point. I've never been that keen on the actual gym...I can manage without that. As with most things in my life it's the people who matter most to me! Have a great day! Matthew

For all the exercises!! for example I could not do the push up well.... Now I realized that the secret is all there, CORE STABLE AND STRONG.... In addition to strong arms of course!! Also in our daily is very useful.... I no longer have back pain!

Brilliant, superbly planned workouts, nice change to your training. Yes, this week is all about listening to my body and doing my favourite sessions. On Monday I did sprints and pump workout from epic 2 - I am sure you remember those complexes 😂 Then the next two days I did posterior chain and unilateral leg day.
So far I am feeling amazing and ready for whatever has Caroline planned for us. But although I am enjoying it, I trully miss chatting to you guys about how you find the workout and how it went for you. Today was really a nice surprise from Caroline, I missed her smile:)

My schedule is off this week so I just did superior shoulders and the add on last Wednesday 🔥🔥🔥and just finished this abs and core. I had to modify these kinds of work out due to back and neck problems as a result of a car accident in 2013. Having said that, I pushed through the first half but I quite enjoyed the side plank lifts. Have a great weekend and thank you kindly for your positive words!

This is the first time I can't finish the exercises, it's very difficult, and I tried to complete it, but only 19 minutes, and my body began to feel very tired with pain in the abdominal muscles, although I'm weak, it's a very, very difficult exercise.
