I could understand not tiling the showers to the ceiling (maybe), but a multi million dollar home and they didn’t even drywall the garage? A dollar doesn’t go as far as it used too 🤯
Definitely like darker color cabinets opposed to white but love wood tones the most.
Exterior is not my taste, but LOVE the space and windows in the living room area. Also would like doorway to dining room

The all white bathrooms look like hospital rooms. Prefer some pattern and or color
I have seen pull out spice racks ftom the upper cabinets on either side of the stove. Those would be great for spices but one pull out like you keep seeing good for other non refrigerator needed cooking sauces and large containers of like Taco seasoning and whole pepper corns for refill etc...
some of those things can go in the pantry in a special container.

Only one oven!? For that much money there should be two ovens. The rest of the house is amazing

I DON'T LIKE how the Dining Room is disconnected from the kitchen, no Walk through to and from the kitchen toe dining room so not very practical at all.
I agree and the breakfast nook looked too cramped. I think the island would be good enough for a breakfast nook.
Wish you would have opened the really tall cabinet by the stove. Oh you opened one, but needed to step back to show it in full.
Do not like dark colors in a home
Even though it’s got a lift, the doors don’t seem to be wheelchair compliant, and you’d need to go down steps to open the front door. Not a favourite. Still can’t imagine dusting those ceilings.

Not for me. The stairs killed it right away. Both of my sibs could not come to the front door, both have very bad knees. I have older friends that would have issues too. My bro would NEVER get in that elevator. He is super closterphobic and besides it closing in with no view, it is small. I can see him freaking just looking inside it. Then stairs to answer the front door. Way too much glass for me.
Correct me if I'm wrong...the Garages are under the Master! Fumes, noise from the cars, and garage door openers noise. You have to go EV cars for no fumes and less noise. No way to fix the door noise.
It is overpriced at any amount.
I don't care about the money if have. the important to enjoy your life. If you have so many reasons leave it.
Can get a home in my neighborhood for under $1 million and can have a 3-car garage and more, this house offers so little for all that it could be

A very sterile house. Too modern for my taste.
