I always like when builders put a hidden pantry with all the bells and whistles in it and I would make the office on the first floor a crafting room
I agree 100%! Love hidden pantries (hidden doors and rooms in general, for that matter), the paneled fridge for that seamless look, and would absolutely make that pocket office a craft/ sewing/ gift wrapping room.

Master and ensuite really nice, like the bathroom in the front bedroom. Good storage in the downstairs laundry room and really like the outdoor covered screen in porch.
The house is very beautiful and perfect from the outside. I really like the design of this house, which is very delicate.

I like it so much, I’ll take two.😂 LOVE the outdoor porch area, but I do think I would add wood beams to the living room to match the wood cabinets in the kitchen as well as changing out the white beams in the master to the same wood color I would use in the living room.
I especially like the guest suite and primary suite being on the first floor.

I love that pantry. The bedrooms are all very good size and I prefer when all bedrooms have their own bathroom.
Wassup Tim?! My favorite parts of the house is pantry fireplace in the living room and especially the one outside with the barbecue area, and the last bonus area.
Luxurious home. All rooms are a great size. The laundries are also a good size, but when there are two of them, it is more difficult to maintain. I like that the pantry is hidden behind the kitchen door, but inside the shelves, in my opinion, are better than closed cabinets - you can immediately see what is there and what has already ended. The view in the backyard is amazing.

The tile in the en suite of the fifth bedroom was sooooooo cool! It looked like it was lighting up as you panned the camera. Have to watch it again and marvel. I’d really like that in a master bathroom!
Beautiful house. Powder room should’ve been off down near the garages and laundry room. A lot lately where it’s right in the private hall to the master bedroom. Weird.
And this size of house they should have a secondary staircase coming down somewhere.

With a home of this size I would leave the butler pantry for small appliances, linens and other decor items needed for entertaining and convert the pocket office into an actual pantry with an upright freezer.
The only thing those big expensive homes don't have is a styling elevator. In today's world, elderly parents, diabled family members, or even if you have surgery or break a leg, you would find it hard to get up and down stairs.
Also, there are door knobs that use fingerprints to unlock and open. Great for kids who have nosey friends over...or when you have a gathering and can't keep track of where everyone is...limited access needed. Also, for storing boom sticks. Also, a place for a safe or hidden room would be great. I would use a room for indoor grow lights near the garage or kitchen for indoor growing like aero garden.
Love the WET KITCHEN area, referred to in the video as a pantry with a sink. 😅
Bee nice to see a different floor plan instead a constantly recycled one with only small variations. Living room kitchen and dining same same same in so many homes you've toured. This kitchen need upper cabinets in place of the open shelves.
Wouldnt need the wine thing in the ent, would make a big coat and shoe closet.
I know this is kind of petty but being that this house is so expensive why would they put a charging port that close to a burner on the stove LOL

I wuld make that pantry all shelves and room for my 2 freezers. Shelves are easier for me to see everything instead of going through cabinets.
I need more information about this home. The only change I would make is to have all the bedrooms excluding the Master bed/bath would be a tub/shower combo.

I absolutely really love the layout of this place. I wouldn't know what to do with all that space, but it's something I could figure it out. You could play hide and seek with the grandkids. Why does all the houses have to be white?
White on white on white has been on trend since Chip and Joanna Gains. It’s not a great look imo but I do like white walls and trim. Just sick of the all white kitchens and the white painted brick
