Please put the floorplan back at the beginning of the tour.
I NEED a floor plan at the beginning!
I always cringe when you drag the stools across the floor 😬 You gotta lift to avoid scraping & scratching your floors
Hopefully spending that amount of money those stools are smooth enough on the bottom that its very unlikely to scratch & flooring Is the expensive hardwood which also difficult to scratch, Brazilian versions of teak, walnut, cherry, and redwood all have more than 2,200 hardness on the Janka scale. Good to go with no worries unless you are dragging a sharp nail across your floor!
For $669/sqft, I would think materials and finishes would be better.
This Home is Gorgeous! The layout, design and decor is definitely one for the books!! Massive shout-out to the designer, builders, Jenn and Timothy for sharing such an amazing home with us. Love it! I rate this home a 15. It's definitely off the charts❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
❤❤❤❤❤
Thanks Jen, for finding these beautiful homes, I really enjoy watching them and I look forward to viewing them.
And I appreciate what you guys do, for you have so much on your plate to do with your own fabulous property and family.
Please ignore the comments from the peanut factory. Some folks will complain about rain and they are in a drought.
I see why this is your favorite!! It has the style and grandeur of a stately mansion!! From all of the rooms from the Living Room to the Family Room to the Kitchen to the Laundry Room to The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are all so different in their appeal and artistry!! You keep doing a outstanding job!! Thank You For Sharing This Masterpiece With Us!!❤😊!!
Great job, Tim. Feature the home you want to feature. Block out the haters.
🎯🎯🎯
Yep, after all, it's his channel.
Thanks Jen for finding the larger homes to tour! Love that stove and hood.
Beautiful curb appeal. The foyer was less than exciting. I expected something dramatic. That power room wall paper is a freaking hot mess 😂. Why? The white oak flooring is spectacular. In the great room, I was disappointed there were no beams to accentuate the ceiling. That kitchen is gorgeous and I love the blue range hood 💙.
My favorite part of the tour is the fireplaces and the pantry, but with all shelves instead.
Like the house but the dining room and office need to be flipped.
Tim, would love to see some reasonably priced home!
Sadly, there is no such thing as a reasonable priced home anymore.
We all would and there are still plenty out there but unfortunately it seems that's now beneath him.

Why not try looking for some yourselves ?
I really absolutely love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. There are so many ideas I have to which I won't tell. My favorite parts are the master bathroom with the tub and the spiral staircase staircase.
Stunning home!
I too thoroughly love the floor to ceiling windows
Way to go Jen we are all here for you ❤ God bless you and your family❤
I was wow the entire time I enjoyed this whole home Timothy love it, beautiful house
Beautiful home but there were two odd spaces- the powder room at the front was kind of awkward with the toilet placement and the dining room. Why would you have a dining room so far away from the kitchen? Also they missed an opportunity for a pass through window from the kitchen to the deck.
That huge window next you as you take a dump at the front of the house is really weird. Standing on the porch looking over there would be hilarious and digusting!!! LOL
I've missed the floor plans the last few days
love it!
About 30 people could live in this home!! It is a home for the wealthy. Thank you for showing it to us, but I would like to see more affordable and attainable homes.
It’s so weird that in the USA you have the master suites downstairs 🤔in the UK and Europe we have master suites upstairs. Bedrooms for older family members would be downstairs if you have the space. Beautiful house I would just move the master upstairs
Beautiful home all through out
Beautiful but some of the spaces are almost too big. A lot of wasted floor space. The entrance hall for instance, seems a little too wide. The dining room could have been a little bigger instead.
It's custom, make it the way you want.
NONE of the homes you share with us are “MEH”. Thanks Jen!😊
Thanks for sharing
Well it is spectacular! However, all that brick over a teeny tiny fake fireplace? No. Get a decent size hearth at the bottom and a huge wood burning fireplace.
I love it! Maybe the upstairs could be laid out a bit better so those bed rooms are larger?
Nice home love the kitchen.
Love love love this one! Too bad I'll never be able to afford it.❤
You never know 😀
The master bedroom patio doors will benefit from the windows with built-in blinds.
-Can you imagine being 8yrs old with a couple of siblings living in this home and playing hide and go seek. Thank you for showing it
Getting pretty over the $million + houses. I understand that these videos are for inspiration as well but if I wanted to watch mansions, I would watch those channels. The best thing about these videos was that they were attainable.
Nice but where does the tv go in the master?
Please put the floor plan in at the beginning… that was awesome!
Timothy, they call those "Spider Burners".
Again no floor plan or dimensions. Why did they put the dining room on the opposite side from the kitchen? I would of thought it would be behind the kitchen with an access door. But there I go thinking again! The house was sprawling. Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊
Love it, though, I would have chosen a different wallpaper in the powder rm. I love the use of statement wallpaper in a powder room. This choice seems off-putting, personally.
Love the kitchen counter tops and, Mr. Livingston, the blue color does come to life. The Range Hood is definitely a statement piece. 👌 TY 😊
This is a beautiful house! However I dislike houses that don't have windows that open. Every room should have windows that open. Just my opinion.
I can't tell - is the wall and ceiling paint the same color?
Was it just me or did anyone notice that the windows throughout do not open.
Jenn... Think before you you select and how one could feel about the vibe of the community.
That fireplace in the great room does not fit the room. Too small. Stone work is great though.
Beautiful home. I cringed though when you just kept opening the cabinet door even though the stool was in the way. I hope you didn't scratch the cabinet and floor. Please be more careful with the beautiful homes they trust you with. Thank you so much for showing the home to us.
Wow, talking about setting a tone. The entryway of this house really sets the tone I don’t like it , I can’t even watch the video but I’ll give you a thumbs up.
I would prefer wood burning fireplaces.
19:54 Those are Big Windows for a bathroom! 😱 You would need large curtains!
That Fire place was so UNDERWHELMING... If he had said a nice fire place ...ok but damn full Stone and a small fire opening? C'mon
Regarding the chairs scraping on the floor, the interior decorator or person who staged the home, shouldn't have put those type of chairs there.
Secondary bdrms are small and wallpapers are hideous. I like the rest.
I dont like the dinning room out by the entry! Put a wall there and open it from the fireplace side and put in a nice sitting area / or table but part of the great room. The table can also go between the Isand and sofa ..which sofa area can be moved toward fireplace more. Wasted space there.
Multi-million dollar home and he casually scrapes the cabinet door on the stool! Jesus
The counter top was so low the top of the cabinet scraped it.
not worth watching without floor plans
Anything wasteful makes me cringe. Welcome to America the place of unnecessary waste, fake wealth, lies and no morals.
This is an absolutely not for me. Not only can I not appreciate the master bedroom on the main level…..it’s even worse when it’s off the main living room and the kitchen is only feet away. Then master bedroom opening to the back deck?!?! Definitely not. There’s no privacy and the noise from every direction (from the inside and outside). Then don’t have people over that want to think it’s funny to knock on your bedroom door from the deck….and loud mouths in the kitchen (where most people gather). Thee very first time I’d have to open my bedroom door and say “Can you guys lower your voices please?”would be one time too many for me. Next house please…..if I’m spending all that money I wouldn’t even need to see the rest of the home.
Taking the dump with a view at 19:49 Sweet.
This house is overpriced
Nothing special tbh
It's a shame to watch somebody start doing well and then get consumed with greed. Hey Tim, once you wake tf up, you'll realize your current viewer base loves semi-affordable homes. This is not that
It’s a shame when somebody is irrationally rude for no reason. Maybe consider some anger management classes.
These houses are way to big and too expensive, you have lost your customer base! Goodbye! So disappointed!
1:01 dang no floor plan
The preservation technique for the mantle is called shoshugiban (sp). It's Japanese. And thousands of years old!
