Sorry people I have to be the stick in the mud, I just couldn't take it. Dinning rooms should be off the kitchen. The appliances in the kitchen should be in a triangle close, not a trapezoid faraway. The ovens and fridge should be reversed, so people don't accidentally bump into something hot. Wet bar, definitely not a butler's pantry. And it would be nice if the basement bar had a built-in microwave and small oven to cook frozen snacks from the freezer, to save time and energy from running up and down the stairs to the kitchen.
My thought also
I’ve said the same thing. I dont get the dining room being so far from the kitchen in these new homes. Still beautiful houses and I wouldn’t turn one down, 😂, but does need to be closer to kitchen.
Wire shelves in a million dollar home???
The 3-season room off the kitchen is my dream room.
There's a lot to be desired in this house for $1.8M but the layout out the master bedroom/closet/laundry is one of the best I've seen for functionality.
Oh man Timothy, I love this one! I know the brown wood may look dated or old fashioned to some, but I love it! This house feels much more traditional to me than many that are built nowadays and I love that!
I love it! The darker wood is coming back into style and the placements make sense.
Timothy?? You keep doing what you are doing!! This home is just STUNNING!! It has a modern twist to it!! Look at all of the rooms, space, and comfort!! You can have MANY PEOPLE STAYING HERE!! With room to spare!! All of the rooms are different in their own way!! It's just immaculate!! Thank You for sharing this mind-blowing house with your viewers!!❤😊!!
Perfect kitchen layout for me. Love the microwave position too.
This house is good but not 1.8 mill worth, the last house was better but less, which is crazy!!
No more wire racks!!!
I’m in love with this one. Thanks for the awesome tour!
Less than a minute into this and you had me at "biggest island I've ever seen".
I'm a huge fan of arches too.
Beautiful I'm speechless
Archway to the master closet better come with door's.
Get rid of the wire racks in the closets and replace them with the wooden ones.
Love the basement.
I actually really love this house. The placement of some of the appliances in the kitchen is a bit off, but I'm loving everything else!
The wet bar for me would be coffee and tea bar with the adult snacks lol.
This is amazing! One of THEE best "homes" I've seen on your channel. One thing I'd change because of my personal preference, the golf simulator area would be a movie theater. The downstairs living area would be for sports and my PS5(Lol).
Beautyful home
3:13 I know exactly what you mean. My first impression of the initial spaces inside the door was retro, mid-mod (mid-century modern), and, yes, a bit dated feeling- not an appealing decor choice to me, but I know some people love it.
The house is nice a little to much brown wood because it does make the house outdated and the wet bar could be a butler's pantry if you add some type of floating shelves or narrow shelves and add etched frosted doors on both ends to block it off in my opinion...
Huge pet peeve of mine when your curbside view is a huge garage with an attached house.
Nice kitchen
For $1.8 million the garage should be finished and have a floor treatment.
That's been a detail I've definitely noticed too on houses north of $1.5M. A high end epoxy is ~$1,000-1,500 and likely a lot less if they contract for all their houses.
Should also have jackshaft garage door openers and recessed lighting.
I just love the fireplaces and the pool table
Loved this tour. I would only leave that kitchen to hang on the back porch!!
I don't know, besides the kitchen and the screened porch, this one doesn't really do it for me. Too much mid-mod, too many jarring juxtapositions and incohesive hodgepodge of styles mishmashed together, the mix of arched doors and square doors... 🤷♀️
Stunning.....I want a kitchen like that.
I would turn it into a canning room.
You've really outdone yourself this time, Timothy. I love the layout of this place place and the exterior of it. I have other ideas for the basement .❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you !
For the money, the pantry should be twice the sizes with cupboards
Loving your videos Champ!
The sink and stove and ovens are really far away from each other and as a cook and baker the ovens should be closer to the stove. Many dishes you start on the stove then transfer and finish in the oven .
The wide wood frames between the dining room and living room are weird. I like the kitchen and your idea of turning the open closet by the garage into the pantry is a good idea bc the "butler's pantry" just doesn't cut it. The bedrooms are great. I really like the scalloped tile in the one bathroom. Thanks for the tour. 😊😊😊
Our current home was like this. Enter through the front door right into a main room. Great when its not winter or wet boots etc. Zero place to put or take off shoes. Then you come down the steps and step on a wet rug. Again our home entered just like this. We ended up modifying our entry to come through the back. Bet this home owner regrets it already.
The cabinet below the TV downstairs is great, however would add glass front areas into it. A TV remote does not work through the wood, you would need to leave doors to change channels. A pain.😮
3:57 Sigh, My Cat would love that shelf too, he would knock everything off of it! 😆 I would just end up making it an extra bed for him.
This is the second house I have seen with an attic entry above where a car sits. Can you tell me the purpose of that this? It should be in the middle.
What color would you guys say the lower kitchen cabinets are?
Love this house. Best kitchen ever. The little office is great for my cookbooks. Can put a typewriter for me . Can make your office anywhere. The butlers pantry can be made into a reg pantry. What do you think?
Again for the price I would want ZERO WIRE SHELVES AND RACKS
Pantry?
The butlers pantry for be all shelves for a regular pantry for me.
I would expect better closet sets for $1.8mm.
Keep doing what you're doing, Timothy!! I look forward to your videos every day!!!
JACKPOT
For that size of a kitchen the stovetop is too small. Perhaps a secondary cooktop could be installed into that massive island.
The microwave in the kitchen is way to high. I'm 5'4" and I could never gwt something hot from that height.
For My tastes the kitchen island is too big and formal and only dining room area is too disjointed (no connection) to kitchen.
👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻👍🏻🇺🇸
Too much to fix on the first floor to bother, especially at that money. Just to start, the Dining Room is in the wrong place and really too small. It looks crowded as is, get 6 people sitting in there and you'd feel like you can't move.
maybe 450k or 500k but not 1.8 mil
Why is every video titled “my favourite XYZ so far!”?
Ovens too far away from range and work space
Not worth the price
8ft ceilings on the main(?), a tiny dining room right in the foyer, a mediocre kitchen (not a chefs kitchen or butlers pantry at all)…..I couldn’t bother watching the rest.
Is there NO Pantry ? ? ?
Don't care for the light wood floors or anything that color. Easy fix though. You're right, gives it a dated look.
Don’t like where the dining room is
Anything over 200k better not have wire shelves! Seriously what are they thinking??
I would never have expected the interior to look the way it does its like two completely separate entities ,sorry don’t like it
Meh
I’m sorry, but I dont care for the butlers pantry. It looks like it’s built for show, not use.
A GOLF ROOM? Geez must be nice to have the money to waste on stuff like that.
Not a fan of this one. The interior designer gets an F. The crazy ugly wall paper, the beehive entry light, the dinning room table 2 rooms from the kitchen the post dividing the rooms all no go's for me. There are some things I like, like the kitchen, I like the cabinets, counter and backsplashes, I like the stove vent but not together in the same house. The butler pantry is to small with no shelving. I do love the back porch/fireplace, but at this price point, wire closet shelves is not acceptable. The arch doorways are cool, but way to small. The readers nook, basement and back porch are the only pluses to me. Overall, this house gets 👎👎
Way over priced for the area and and the country.
