I absolutely really love the layout of this place. It's very unique and big. You could take those unfinished spaces and make a little apartment, especially above the garage area, and they could have their own entrance way with steps leading up from the outside. There's so many of endless possibilities with this of place.
One of my favorites so far. Love the way you walk through and talk everything out. Keep opening doors and drawers.

Unfinished areas are one thing, but a lot of the finishes and fixtures were really average looking as well. Honestly, besides the overall square footage, I struggled to see why this was priced so high.
Who in their right mind is buying this? If you have $7M to throw at a house, this house certainly ain't it.

Definitely an epic house. Was for sure missing some expected features for a 7M dollar home! That back parlor area would make an awesome library/record room!
I love this home. I started thinking if I could afford the home, I would need to budget window cleaning service and maid service. I would install an elevator, backup generator, and secret space room.

The outside elevation is understated and pleasing.
I believe this is the best home that you've toured. The coordinating finish selections are gorgeous. The amount of custom cabinetry throughout, the glass door handles tie in with the light fixtures so well. The bespoke staircases are transitional and timeless. The neutral color scheme is very easing to the eyes and body. Incredible, especially for a spec home. I wish I could see the floor plan for this place as it's layout is incredible, more surprising with each room. the sight lines and proportions are spot on, especially when viewing that long hallway that extends almost the entire length of the home.
This is an amazing grand home! I absolutely love everything about this home, especially the windows!!!

This is my favorite home you’ve done. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into it. I would change some of the trim shapes (around the fireplace) for me, but whoever gets it will have a lovely estate home. I can’t afford it - there’s not enough stripper poles in the western hemisphere for me to work to buy it 😁

Pretty but I don't like the kitchen cabinets. Needs white cabinets and I like the appliances being stainless steal. Love all the windows and the kitchen and dining area ceiling.
Nice, but too much wasted space for me and I've seen other homes that grab me much more. This one isn't quite getting me too excited although I do like Many of the rooms, the front formal dining room and the rear dining room both I like. And the windows that go down looks nice too.

I know exactly what I’d do with that second unfinished room. I’d finish it out and make that my office. Put a balcony outside with French doors and have a mini coffee bar so I could sit out there in the morning drinking my coffee and looking out into the woods.
7mil and no pot filler over the stove. Such a minor thing to add.
Personally, three sets of doors to me is just too much of a good thing, one center set would work fine.

The kitchen is in the living room but the formal dining room is separate? That makes no sense. 8,000 square feet and no place for a formal sitting room smh
It is a huge home and it is nice, however, it's missing the kinds of high end amenities that justify over $800/ sq ft.. The unfinished areas are a problem, the lack of photo electric opaque windows for privacy in the master bath, no individual thermostatically controlled registers in all the private rooms to help control utility costs, and the overall feeling is kind of "builder grade". It has good bones, but doesn't represent a good value proposition. All in, after accounting for furnishings and utilities plus the likelihood of dealing with an HOA, that's an estimated 20+k / mo for 30 years. Just not good business. It's fun to look at but in reality there are better values like the homes you toured in Cranberry Township.

Far too many ads man! Obnoxious, clicked off 1/3 way in.
Not impressed. I see a lot of wasted space and poorly implimented space.
This is hideous whoever designed this and whoever agreed to build it should have their liscence taken away
