Love this home , but would like a floor plan to follow along with the tour.
For 3 million dollars? I thought all the rooms were too small. Cabinets were cheap looking. Kitchen, dining and family room right on top of each other. Really just seems like a rip off for 3 million.
I’m not a fan of “modern” cabinets either, they’re too plain. Might as well be plywood! 😝 😆
This is not a 3 million dollar home. Kitchen was a real letdown.

The container in the kitchen trash is for compost. Also, prefer the wide angle lens. This camera cuts off a lot of the room. Please go back to that!!
Timothy?? This mansion would be A NBA Player's DREAM! A Basketball Court on the inside!! All of the other rooms are very large and extremely spacious!! The Kitchen is great The Laundry Room is fantastic The Bedrooms and Bathrooms are to die for!! The Upstairs is cozy The Backyard is just immaculate!! You really brought your A-Game with this one!! I would take out the gulf simulator to put in pool table. Also, would put a pool and grill on the patio in the backyard and it would be done. It would be my dream home. Thank you for the videos.
Love the decor, modern isn’t my style, but this was warm and exciting! The window seats in the bedrooms are my favorite feature, I had one growing up and spent hours curled up reading and playing … brings back wonderful memories!
Master suite is my favorite part. Turn the golf simulator into a dance floor and the basketball court into a home theater.
I would make the Basketball court a full on, very high definition movie theater with a small balcony for more seats
Inner strength with the stated waiting period for an arrival at Samoset Rd to pick me up to the commute to the solid home of my ownership in the inn subjective.,😊🎉

The toilets look like they are have a bidet, which would have been a dream feature in 2020. I like the outdoor living area off of the dining area and the details, such as the custom closets, which you would expect in a house in this price range.

Hi Tim! The green bin is for food waste, here in Sweden we separate all waste, plastic in one bin, paper in another, the food waste here is transformed to BIOfuel. Maybe they do the same in Minnesota, 🇸🇪.

Hey, Tim! Great home. For this price point, I believe the primary bedroom should be located on its own wing. And, at a minimum, it shouldn’t be the first space to see/access as you step onto the second level. Oh, and definitely not have a shared wall with a secondary bedroom. Be safe and stay warm!

One of those spice racks would be for things like your flour and sugar. The other bins in the trash drawer I think are for trash composting. One for fruits and veggies and the other I believe is for meat.

Better get a wide angle lens for your new camera. This was the best I've seen in a few months. Lots of square footage and good use of that space. Except for the basketball court, balls flying around to break windows ?
It is too much for just me but a nice place. I don't like glass front doors, people coming to the door can look right in. Cold climate yet no front Coat Closet. Where do your friends and family hang their winter coats when they come to visit or party? You could put a residential elevator in where the stairs are and that would leave a lot of room for a large entry closet. Put in a stairway elsewhere for emergencies. These places need a TV down lower, it plain sucks to sit and watch a high TV. They never plan for them.
Does anyone know what the green lid is for? Is it garbage food or recycling?
In the UK we have to separate all of our recycling in most areas. We have different bags/boxes for each type, ie,plastics, paper, glass, tins and food. I’m surprised not to see this in more homes in the US.
I’m think that or for composting.
@@clairethomas1044homes do have them here. So do smaller apartment buildings. But you have to pay extra for the bin outside.

“Integrated” is the proper terminology for panelled appliances, not “panelized”.
Ok. It makes sense now..something felt off. Cramped. Dizzy. Felt like u had cam dif or something was off. It’s like up against the wall or door in my face a lot of times. Then u mentioned a new cam! That is it. Yes it’s clear but something feels weird. Maybe the other lense? I dunno. It feels odd
The materiality of the exterior feels temporary and "clicked together" instead of permanent and stable. Even inside the house doesn't feel cohesive with just too many different wood finishes that are trying to match but don't. For example, those beams and knotty trim applications just don't work with the floors and the cabinets in the kitchen. It would have been better if those knotty wood beams and added trim were just black or omitted altogether. I'd keep that same theme with the master bedroom. Just keep it consistent and make that ceiling black. There is certainly enough daylight and height to pull that off and make that space really dramatic.
If I were a kid, I'd LOVE that loft. I'm not sure if I were the parents that I'd be too excited about it.

Beautiful home. Horrible kitchen, no storage, not made for an actual cook. No where to store stock pots, strainers, big roasting pans, mixers,, blenders, etc...This is a home set up for door dash deliveries! I suppose if you can afford a home like this, you can afford door dash every night!
Please put the wide lens on your new camera. The bottom of your shots are cut off. Also, when you open drawers and cabinets the audience only sees a close up of a panel. It is better to see you open things and being tactile with the surfaces. I believe the green container in the kitchen is for composting and the toilets are called Bidets. They are French and seen through all of Europe and Japan. Please re-instate showing the floor plans as you enter houses, they are missed.
I would like to give a criticism which I hope will be constructive. You do not need to speak every second during your tour. You have a bad habit of babbling and talking about things which are neither useful for the audience and probably not appreciated by the homeowners of the houses you are touring. You are there to showcase the home, not talk about bad hotel experiences or the drive from West Virginia or the latest thing your child ate.
If you can't think of anything to say about what you are presenting on camera, please say nothing until you do. Thank you.
