Timothy?? This home is COMPLETELY MODERN!! It's like a very stately home to live in!! It has this vibe of a mansion!! Like in a Lifetime Movie!! Look at all of the room it has to offer!! From one part of the home to another!! You really stepped up to the plate!! You hit a HOME RUN!! Thank You!!❤
WE WANT TO SAVE THIS HOUSE TO WATCH LATER, MAKE THIS POSSIBLE 5-5-24
Adorable home ideas
The dining room should be close to the kitchen, so that the food and dishes etc. can be transported easily. I said this before; I like that the bathroom and coat closet for guests is near the entrance. Good job!
I like the open concept with the dining room next to kitchen. Plus all the windows. Also like the dark office.
Wow!!! I can see this home in West Virginia, overt looking the mountains. I love this home !!
Dining room in its own room. Logistically and logically, it makes the most sense. When three rooms are all combined, makes it less room to decorate and like an apartment/loft (less luxurious).
I love this kitchen!!!!!
Why do these expensive ______ homes do these cheap ____ wire shelves and rods........😐😐😐. A million dollar home should have wood shelves and rods in all closets, Pantries etc.......and NO jack and jill bathrooms.....each room should have it's own bathroom.....
You are totally right
Finally someone else is saying what I say to myself all the time.
You should get a hand held laser measuring tool for room measurements. Just carry it with you as part of your tour kit.
When I looked at the floor plan at the beginning I thought the same thing about the pantry.. it would be a lot more convenient to be able to
access it right from the garage. You could also leave a space for a freezer. 😊😊😊😊
I was thinking the same! I would personally turn the study into the mudroom that attaches to both the front door and the garage and turn the existing mudroom into a much larger pantry with the original, throw in an extra freezer, and leave the door to the garage for easy grocery unloading.
Reading the comments seems like Americans would hate Australian homes because 90% of new homes are open concept and we LOVE it.
I like everything separated in it's designated places in the house and the kitchen has a morning room for the breakfast area...I like the screened in porch too.
I absolutely really love the layout of this place and the exterior of it. My favorite parts are the floating shelves in the kitchen and where the pantry sits. I have other ideas for the basement.
Great home! iLove the open concept AND the large windows for all the light. Nice bonus room, my view would have to forest/mountains but you can't get the mountains in Ontario Canada! Great basement, would want the dry bar to be a wet instead, and totally agree with the opening of that closet in the mudroom to make it into a larger pantry. Thanks for the video and keep it coming!!
This design is sublime.
It tickles my mind.
Creating a hope
of a life sublime,
beautiful light
without drape
or blind.
😊
I LOVE!!! the kitchen!!!!!!!!
Love the kitchen.
This is a beautiful home! We went through the white one next door to it. One of our favorites! Thanks for sharing!
I feel if the dining room is closed off I would not use it daily. I really like the open concept.
Very lovely house, the rooms are spacious nice.
I like the exterior
Nice
Motivational home sale video
Thanks for the videos. I don’t understand why in these new, expensive homes, the office is near the front entrance with glass doors. May look pretty, but this room holds private info, computers, etc. It’s accessible to anyone so easily.
I loved it!! I loved the kitchen layout and a screened porch hits me just like your spice racks do you! I would prefer a stone fireplace and a mountain view
What a small sink for such a large kitchen. I like the location of the microwave. Out of sight mostly. There are a ton of different things going on in that kitchen.
I definitely like the open concept with the dining area between the kitchen and living room, I need something to watch while I'm eating. No formal dining room for me.
It would be my crochet and yarn room.
Hi Timothy…would you be able to connect with the interior designers to ask them where they purchased those dining room chairs? They have the striped pillows on them. I love them!
I love this house. They layout is perfect. I would rather have a light-colored office. Depressing enough I have to work, so I don't want it dark in there lol.
I work for family that had a home design like that in Brooklyn they gave the granddaughter the downstairs, only old folk, and she made some good hamburgers and steaks 😂😂😂❤
It's an awesome place, but it needs a mudroom with a door leading outside.
I might be in the minority, but the double oven’s seem to be in an odd place in the kitchen. I like the light and bright entry with the soaring ceiling.
Why do they put double ovens right next to the refrigerator? I know the units are insulated. But they aren’t in a vacuum. Put the ovens near the stove. Keep the refrigerator isolated from the heat-producing units.
A modern wall insert fridge like that is super insulated and any modern oven inserts have to be super insulated since they are boxed in. If you want you could opt for the builder to use a fireproof insulation in the wall between the fridge and the ovens.
No first floor powder room?

Check again, it's at 2:29.
$1.4M I want a Pivot door! 😁
Don't mind the dark color in the office, although I'd probably just make it a feature on the front & back wall.
Not sure about the bathroom and toilet leading into both bedrooms?
That’s common for kid’s bedrooms. That’s why they’re called Jack and Jill bathrooms. They’re especially a good feature if both your kids are the same sex. They’ve been building them for decades.
@@darrellgrant7615 okay thanks for clarifying. To me that seems to limit the scope of potential buyers, first of all preferably a family with kids, secondly preferably same sex and once they move out the house, you hope your guests, if you get a few over, don't mind.
Dont know why they didnt continue the cathedral ceiling into the master .
It’s nice, but too modern for my tastes. I prefer craftsman style.
Maybe the neighborhood/city is good BUT you've displayed houses that are half this price that are every bit as good. Nothing special here.
Dude, you need a new mic
You definitely do have trouble pronouncing names in Minnesota. It's Chaaska, not Choska. MN does have unusual names, but I didn't think Chaska was one of them.
