John, The builder actually included weep holes at the base of the brick, usually overlooked in new brick veneer construction. The primary bedroom is good. A little more room for chairs and. perhaps a settee. The use of Calacatta marble tiles in the primary bathroom is also good. Unlike Carrara, it is not easy to vein match, but it is more dramatic. Having lived in Nashville for 21 years, I know that many of the homes were Craftsman bungalows, Eastlake style, and the brick Cotswold Cottage with the Romanesque Tennessee limestone arch entry way that is across the street. They more than likely will be few and far between in twenty years. Your target client will probably be from the northeast. Someone who appreciates vertical living and little yard work. Security, not more difficult than any other type of house in any city. The buyers will know what to do and how to do it. Other than that , good luck, and continued success. I will continue to view your channel.
Love the buid but it needs descriptions in each room vs all at the beginning. After a while it's just another bedroom or was it office or maybe den. perhaps game room.I've found out that in our area "being outdoors" is WAY overblown. 95% of our time is spent inside, not "entertaining family and friends". Even with a large pool, outside kitchen and hang out area, most guests prefer the inside. "It's just too &^%$ hot to sit around during the day."
We overrate such things, probably because that's what all the tv show folks say at each house. You know, the ones who are always "entertaining" folks around the clock. LOL. It would attract no more security risks than its neighbors - probably less due to the perception of good security. And the privacy issues recedes over time. Add some modern window covering (or windows that darken) and that's half the problem Planting some foilage is the other half.

I do like the house but it is built in the wrong place... too close to the road... security will be a B... and no privacy... LOL
Thanks for watching and sharing
