This house is worth 5million dollars and the rooms are all small with tiny closets. The outside of this house beautiful and the windows are awesome, but for that price, I would need all the rooms and tiny closets to be bigger, they should all have bathrooms in them.
Each bedroom has their own bathroom. Maybe it’s the video that makes the size of the rooms look deceivingly small. But they’re all rather large. Or should I say larger than the average bedroom. Go to Zillow search homes for sale in Brentwood Tennessee.

It's a very nice property. I'm not crazy about the primary bedroom being on the first floor. I also do not like that there is a secondary entrance to the bedroom through the wash room. Mirroring a lot of other comments about the size of the rooms.
What’s in the cubby hole on the second floor landing, to the left? The rope hanging from the attic access ladder hanging down. Nothing says $5 million like that does. I know the stonework prohibited them, but would like to see taller windows on the second floor.
The inside is amazing tho! Kitchen and living space are sleek without being too sterile. I wish the warmth matched the outside maybe with a different shade of gray on the outside to the warmth felt inside.
Great house, but, I’d have liked to see a more extensive outdoor kitchen screened in. And a door in the first bedroom leading out to the pool area. On what? 1.5 acres? Not worth the asking price of $5 million.

Nice House, BUT could they write on the Video's where they are in the tour, like Master Sweet, or 2nd floor bedrooms, laundry room, utility room ETC

It is nice maybe for 2 million. It just doesn't seem to have all the up grades for 5 million. That is just way too much at that price.

Landscaping and exterior could be better and the rooms are relatively small in my opinion.
