    Another great video!!! I understand the comments on the cost of this beautiful home, but if you’ve ever lived in Raleigh you’ll understand how nice it is to live inside the beltline. Almost any modern convenience/amenity you could ever want is practically within walking distance. Convenience and proximity costs. Keep up the great work!

    This is a nice house, but at this price point, a 13X17 master is too small. And the lack of a 5 piece master bathroom…

    $1.8-2 Maybe.but not over 3 this is Raleigh no LA. HVAC vents in middle of walls. Contractor grade, non custom cabinets and my favorite is the cheap non decora outlets. BUT its Raleigh so it sold probably over ask.

    Wow very nice, but where is the pool. Indoor pool. Love the walk in room closet, plenty additional rooms for gym or movie room

    You know I wasn't going to say this, but once you got in pass doorway and especially the kitchen, I had to say this!!!! LaTonya I feel like you are silently challenging my "WOW" factor meter lol. I didn't want to say anything because I didn't want to put any unnecessary pressure on you. But you are doing a damn good job, you are actually killing it lol. The Owners suite bathroom was a game changer with all the little details for jewelry, watches etc. The finishing work on the cabinets, the handles are an excellent touch, and don't think I didn't notice the extenders for the closets on the very top selves, making it easier to get your close on the very top rack by pulling the handle off to the side. Man the kitchen was my dream (bump the chief lol). I'm not going to drag this out, I'll leave it with a ..................... Very well done, I tip my hate to you!

    The master suite was a let down too small. I saw wasted space that was impractical.

    This is a nice, middle-class house, but it is missing a lot of things to qualify as a multi-million dollar house. There is no pool, no exercise room or gym, poorly planned garage space, and it is too close to the street to be a "multi-million dollar home! Even the backyard has poor utility. Where do I entertain with my important friends? Raleigh is nice, but it is no Beverly Hills. Is this someone's "starter home?"

      The reason why these houses are overly expensive is due to the fact that they are buying people homes and destroying them to build a new house on the lot. Therefore they have to cover the expense of buying the home that was originally on the lot plus the new home they built.

      You can buy a very nice home in Southern California for that price. Overly expensive home for the area. I agree with the previous comment about cutting the price in half.

    This house is not worth the price. I've seen a lot of houses that looks better for that price or a little cheaper. Do your research first Basically your paying for the location . And a higher commission

      Correct it’s the location. Inside the beltline Raleigh is highly desirable. You are paying for upper class social status.
