I love this home. The front door is underwhelming, but the rest of the house is spectacular. My favorite space/room is the open-floor main level. It is very inviting. Your home showcase channel is my favorite. I especially love the blueprint overview at the start of the tour.

Wow, you just keep topping the previous video, didn't think you could do it lol. And was the farm sink in the scullery hand made (or hand finished)? The detail in it looks like it has a hammered finish on it. And I am curious, do they not build many of the home in Raleigh with basements? I don't think I've seen any in your videos (just curious). And as always I can't say enough about the detailed camera work, greatly appreciated.
Basements in Raleigh usually only occur when the home is built on a slope and the basement is a walkout basement to grade. You do see them but they are also usually completely finished and don't feel like basements at all. That is, of course, at this price point.

As for the quality of life, everyone has a different view on quality of life, so I really don't have a straightforward answer for you on that. Now, as far as real estate concerns, I don't service the Charlotte area. Charlotte is 3.5 hours from me, but I do have some amazing real estate friends in Charlotte who can help you with your real estate needs.

Owner suite is not impressive. Other parts of the home is well designed.
