Exactly. It’s insane how much they ask for these properties and the only thing separating you from your neighbors property is a few feet of yard space. Also, the fact that anyone can just walk up a flight of stairs and be at the front door is a huge dealbreaker for me. I currently have 5000sq ft, large home office off of my beautiful kitchen, formal living room AND formal dining room. Huge family room with fireplace and 20ft ceilings. Large loft area on the second floor too. Half acre in front and half in back, and 1/4 on each side. So, my neighbors are far enough away that I don’t hear them at all. I have 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, 1 half bath, fire place in my bedroom with a large sitting area, huge master bath with large tub and shower, large master closet and laundry room. A 2 car garage and 4 car carport. As well as a huge attic that can easily be converted into extra living space. Gorgeous neighborhood, no HOA and great schools. Purchased price of under $400k. Asking price was $380 but I made a cash offer of $360,000. Only thing I don’t have is a basement which is not a big deal with the large attic space I can build out. I even lived in Va Beach previously and didn’t pay over a million to be less than a 10 minute drive to the beach area.

I'm a big contemporary/modern style type fan, and this one did not disappoint! And I have to say, that cook top is one of THEE most contemporary/weirdest cook top designs I've ever seen, but I like it lol! Excellent job as always and looking forward to the next one.
Yes Jay, I'm starting to travel now. This was a very nice and fun house to tour. When I got to the kitchen, I thought they were going to install a stove and left the burners on the island until the stove arrived 😂😂. Then he told me it was the stove. I was blown away. I've never seen anything like it, but I feel in love with it. I thought it was so cool. Thanks again for your support. You always come thru 😊🎉🎊
I welcome new things. But I'm more of a traditional kitchen type man... It's just a little too modern. There's not a lot of space as far as the office. I'm looking for something with a little more privacy as far as. Property wise, neighbors are a little too close for my comfort
This house looks more like office space than a house. To plain. Nothing really stands out about it with the exception of the outside. Cost is to high for the design. The more I look at this house the more it looks like office space. The all of the doors look like office doors. It doesn't look like a cozy home at all. For the asking price of this house, nothing should be unfinished. It's simply not worth what they are asking.
When you put your personal furniture, touch, and style in it, it will definitely look cozy and lived in. I personally could make it work. Thanks for watching 😊

This particular house just doesn't stand out like all the others. It looks nice from the outside, but the inside doesn't stand out all. I would have to make so many changes that I would end up putting another 250k or more into it. The only thing that was really nice was the outside, the elevator, the black refrigerator in the basement, and the balcony. I would have to redue everything else. Even the garage looks commercial. It looks more like a commercial property from the inside. However, I still enjoy all of your videos, and in my opinion, you are an excellent realtor. When I am ready to purchase in the NC area, I will definitely reach out to you. By the way, do you show homes in any other areas?
