I know the main floor master is the thing now but so odd. Having your tiny kids way far away. Up a 30ft hardwood staircase no less. I can just imagine the hospital visits
Yeah, probably gotta have 2 Master rooms one downstairs for when you get old and one upstairs. That kid has tiny clothes too so they are still very small. That's quite weird, might as well put that room downstairs as well and move on of the other types of rooms upstairs.
Masters on the main are a thing for high end and million plus homes because you are primarily dealing with older couples who have older kids(except of course the expensive states such as California, New York, Hawaii). People with small kids are usually younger and really can’t afford multi million dollar homes. Of course I’m speaking in general terms. Having two masters would be ideal if the lot is big enough.
I've noticed something about the new construction houses in your area, they all have white exteriors. Why? Also, I would not pay 4 million dollars for a house with so little privacy and natural surroundings. At a minimum this house should come with a Tesla solar roof ,given no shade trees on the property. There are some good passive solar features to this house. But the ability of a house to be livable all Four Seasons without constantly running air conditioning Is a measure of good design.
1) double staircase - why? 2) why does the outdoor washroom have a glass door? 3) does the pantry need the second door? 4) why does the powder room by the kitchen have another door to the toilet??
Massive, who cleans this place, you would need full time cleaners. I like a first floor master, you could use 😊for guests or in laws till kids get older.
Am I the only one creeped out by the windowless “bedroom” off the garage with all the hooks on the cement walls.
Be confident that you are not the only one... That was very weird 🤔
Absolutely terrible.
I saw that as well. I wonder where the waterboarding takes place? 🤔👀
Yah that was strange! What the heck was that??
Pretty sure it’s a safe room
I love that the kid's trike gets its own 2-car garage.
Beautiful Beautiful

That is why we are looking at a house with an in-law suite on the first floor and a master up.
Gates could help..

I’m in the UK only people that have their bedroom on the ground floor are 80 years old or disabled, I don’t like ground floor masters
a beautiful house !!!👍😊
🌹 Beautifully made.
Absolutely gorgeous!!!
I love love the kitchen.....
Nice video. Great home. Maybe think about a less-annoying music selection.
The kitchen, Sam, and the backyard all look well crafted. College Grove is just so far out tho.
Great tour Thankyou! Those kitchen island lights are awful…..why?
😍😍😍
What was the dark looking mirror cabinet next to the washer & dryer in the laundry room?
what is the mirror object in the laundry room ???
❤❤❤
I would love to know where they get their indoor furniture!

Can we get the name of white paint color on the walls??

$4 million and there is maybe 40 feet between next-door houses. Not me.
That part! Truly mind boggling that these big, beautiful houses are sitting on top of one another. I could never!
It's 6 homes that have a private view of your backyard. 😕

Those LED lights are killing me. They just don’t fit the house.
that's it! 🤍😊
