Great mansion! I'm blown away! Just a couple of things to make your work even better; 1- get a better camera, wide angle lens, and less shaking when moving the camera; 2- When you go inside a room and camera is outside, we can't see what you're seeing! for some spaces you don't need to go in, use the camera shots (B-roll) and voice over. Keep up the good work :)
This is truly mesmerizing mansion with beautiful landscape and fresh air.Away from hustle-bustle of city , situated in the heart of mother nature itself.Blessed are those who lives here💫💥 Looking forward to see more property like this Gavren🤝🥂
This video gave me many hours of dreaming in perspective. How I would decorate the place to my liking, the usefulness of the rooms that I would adapt to my way, the colors and the art that I would modify, etc... This is also one of the reasons that I like these videos: for the dream they provide. Thank you.
That wasn't book matched marble in the master bath. It was vein matched! Sick home tour though! Has all the amentities and a nice calming interior design. You would never have to leave this property lol
very personal in the best possible way. also truly exceptional. one can't help wonder why the owner/creator would want to (have to) sell? devastating to think that such exceptional design could end in unhappiness. hopefully posterity will be kinder.
This house is a piece of art 😍. It reminds us of what we can achieve if we work hard for our dreams. The only things missing to live a perfect life in this house are eternal youth, immortality and an always perfect health. And direct contact with God and a super vigor to enjoy life with our love one too. With these things, the experience of life is perfect, and that's what I always try to highlight in my books that teach this all. A beautiful piece of art indeed!
love this home. its not for a family but a couple that love to entertain and seen everyone home. 1 master suite and 1 small bedroom downstaris. c'mon. I love it anyhow.
Yeah great video, love these kinds of videos but the one little thing you missed was the night-shots. I love those night shots you guys do, showing the difference between night and day.
Just found and subscribed to your channel. Fantastic tour and very interesting property. I cant wait to catch up on all your different tours. From the UK x
Good video and beautiful hone.. how the heck many people live there? I never got that with these huge homes. One critique.. Id of loved to see the inside of the bathrooms but your cameraman just stood outside! I wanted to see the showers and the wallpaper in that one room and the shelves in the kitchen...he was so far away... Id have loved to see more of the kitchen but he stood outside it! besides that I liked it.
Your camera man really needs to go into the rooms or bathrooms. So many times he never does and it takes away from the videos. He will stand out in the hallway. I love the videos. Just please show the full essence of the home.
There is a lot there. It will take a big family to make that place feel like a home. Maybe the buyers will be in Middle Eastern or some other culture that lives multi-generational. Or, give Blackberry Farm a run for the money, lease elements or make it a small business retreat resort. The management of that much land the way its already developed for 65, the farm needs to be income producing.
Not at all. Nashville is one of the fastest growing cities in the country and Franklin is just south of it. Acreage in Franklin is very desirable so I bet it’ll be a wealthy family who wants to have a “fun farm” to live in and host parties.
@@TT-nh2od 65 million cash up front unless you're using commercial paper, if you've got a mortgage on this place, even if held in a limited partnership, you can't afford it. @@deborahfournier7640 I watch a LOT of house tour videos and here's one of the issues, in broad generalities: the majority of the tours are done by men and the majority of the viewers are likely women.
