Tyler is great, the house is out of this world, the house tour well rehearsed and thought out … I do have a question for Tyler though: “what about pest control?” All these oversized openings, in the desert no less, you’re gonna have mice, rats, lizards, snakes, etc, etc! How many cats would a house this size require?
Except it’s been sitting on the market for years & hasn’t been sold. There’s a comment from the former pest control guy who said that they had to come out to this property twice a week because there are so many snakes & scorpions all over the property bc of the design.
The house is absolutely absolutely stunning- but with the constant snake & scorpion problem, I totally understand why it’s still sitting on the market.
Michael and Adam, you have shown us some great houses over the years, but this one is ... stunning. Like Adam said: All these plants add something special that lets you feel nature close to you even in a building full of concrete, steel and glass. And those views are amazing too. A really special house and you can see that the architects and builders cared for every detail.
This one is it! I don’t think there ever has been, and I doubt there will ever be another house that can leave me speechless. This home will go in the record, not for being a house but for being a 3 dimensional piece or art. Congratulations to whomever put that team of artists together!

It is tasteful, and yet it is beyond what most people would imagine a desert oasis to be like. Outstanding creation by Blue Heron. You must be elated with this masterpiece you have created. I used to work for a pest control company and we used to service this home twice a week because of the extreme scorpion problems this area has. It looks nice, but just way too many scorpions and too many places for them to hide around the home because of all the rocks and the water that draw them in.
I have never been a fan of Modern/Contemporary etc… but this is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. It is truly a masterpiece. I would love to be the owner and call this home.

Not pushy, not ott, very chilled and just said the right things...no rubbish...he was awesome to have in the video! 2. Shoots to my number one house...I'll admit the setting isn't for me...looks like a construction site or industrial site in Vegas, I'm more snow vibe or overlooking the ocean but the house...my goodness it's amazing! Incredible house. It’s very very rare to see both of you as excited to see a house as you were with this one. Both of you were like kids in a candy store. I would be too! Anyone! You are right about how the plants inside and all around really help it. Warms it up in its design. It is proof how contemporary homes can be “warmer” in their design. Not “cold”. This house looks like a James Bond villain (or 007 himself!) could live here. Of all places too…….Vegas!
I'm not a fan of modern cold house style, but this one is stunning! I think it' has a perfect combination of the element of nature, and water, the details, the seamless indoor outdoor concept, and also the lighting and the furnitures and the tech.

That house is built like a compound. Very cool design and interesting to get all the details from the builder. This was a great video! Side Note: $25 million feels like a steal of a deal for this, if this was in LA It would be hundred million plus with that same layout and views lol

I said it when I saw Enes's video, and I repeat it watching this video: this is the best mansion I've seen on RUclips, the creativity of the team in designing it is something that no other mansion managed to achieve.
I watched this with my partner, and we both said the same thing. Then we went and looked at the price...25 million??? That is the steal of real estate history!!! All of these mansion owners in California that paid 30, 40, 50 million and up have to be kicking themselves.

I dont know what youre on abount but i live in a 4 bed Detached in Scotland. I would take that mansion in a heartbeat. The design is great. the only thing i hate in these big homes is the need for a show kitchen. Id rather not get caterers and get rid of the caters kitchen and just use the "show Kitchen"
This is a design of beauty! The inside/outside element, views and incorporation of horizontal lines is stunning. On most large homes, my critical eye sees design elements that are either overdone or don't the flow of space. Not with this home. This is a home I would love to spend a lot of time in. Well done!

Stunning isn't the word. Amazing is so cheap. I just can't think of the proper word for such a superb build. So well thought-out. So incredible in design and amenities. My ONLY gripe? Neighbors too close. I need more privacy. At least 100 feet on both sides. Preferably much more. Great presentation.
