Best broker so far, showing the house and its incredible features without overselling. Allowing the house to sell itself whilst telling a story and letting the person viewing to fully immerse themselves in what living in that home would feel like!

Tyler is great, the house is out of this world, the house tour well rehearsed and thought out … I do have a question for Tyler though: “what about pest control?” All these oversized openings, in the desert no less, you’re gonna have mice, rats, lizards, snakes, etc, etc! How many cats would a house this size require?

I used to work for a pest control company and we used to service this home twice a week because of the extreme scorpion problems this area has. It looks nice, but just way too many scorpions and too many places for them to hide around the home because of all the rocks and the water that draw them in.
Maybe the pest love the biophilic design and think they are outside in nature. They want parts on what’s happening inside outside
Question is: How do you clean all those spaces, with pebbles and rocks, or slabs ... whatever!?

Michael and Adam, you have shown us some great houses over the years, but this one is ... stunning.
Like Adam said: All these plants add something special that lets you feel nature close to you even in a building full of concrete, steel and glass.
And those views are amazing too. A really special house and you can see that the architects and builders cared for every detail.

I am genuinely amazed that this house is only 25 million dollars...I know that it is still a lot of money but some of the more expensive homes that are shown on this channel don't even come close to the level of beauty and innovation that comes with this home. Simply beautiful.

I’ve been watching multiple channels about homes all around the world for many many years. BUT this house is astonishing. The level of details fare unbelievable and unmatched. The price tag looks even reasonable considering the feelings you get and this is only by watching a video. Imagine the real tour.

This one is it! I don’t think there ever has been, and I doubt there will ever be another house that can leave me speechless. This home will go in the record, not for being a house but for being a 3 dimensional piece or art. Congratulations to whomever put that team of artists together!

Okay, FINALLY, a very original and unique home that is unlike any others I have seen. The creativity, materials, and craftsmanship in this house is spectacular! It is tasteful, and yet it is beyond what most people would imagine a desert oasis to be like. Outstanding creation by Blue Heron. You must be elated with this masterpiece you have created. I have never been a fan of Modern/Contemporary etc… but this is beyond anything I’ve ever seen. It is truly a masterpiece. I would love to be the owner and call this home.

Incredible house. It’s very very rare to see both of you as excited to see a house as you were with this one. Both of you were like kids in a candy store. I would be too! Anyone! You are right about how the plants inside and all around really help it. Warms it up in its design. It is proof how contemporary homes can be “warmer” in their design. Not “cold”.

This gentleman who is showing the home is very passionate about what he does and it’s nice to see people who love what they do and hopefully never have to do anything else. What a place and this company seems well looked after and represented.
I have watched many house presentation videos before, but this is the first time that I have genuinely loved (not just liked) a property.
I will hang out in a different section of the house each day and weep tears of joy. Seems like it would be very healing to live in this home. This is the PERFECT home!

A few things to note!
1. Usually hate others in the video but this guy Tyler was GREAT! Not pushy, not ott, very chilled and just said the right things...no rubbish...he was awesome to have in the video!
2. Shoots to my number one house...I'll admit the setting isn't for me...looks like a construction site or industrial site in Vegas, I'm more snow vibe or overlooking the ocean but the house...my goodness it's amazing! The lighting is insane at night! LOVE LOVE LOVE this video!
3. The relaxed style at the end with the Baileys.....Nice! These vids are great to watch! 😁😁

I'm not a fan of modern cold house style, but this one is stunning! I think it' has a perfect combination of the element of nature, and water, the details, the seamless indoor outdoor concept, and also the lighting and the furnitures and the tech.
I have never seen Michael this happy while touring the house before. Just wonderful to watch.

This is the type of home (Mega home) that can avoid the down turn in the Las Vegas housing market. The market is crashing but this home will never lose its value. It’s simply amazing, worth every last penny of that 25m.

I said it when I saw Enes's video, and I repeat it watching this video: this is the best mansion I've seen on RUclips, the creativity of the team in designing it is something that no other mansion managed to achieve.
I watched this with my partner, and we both said the same thing. Then we went and looked at the price...25 million??? That is the steal of real estate history!!! All of these mansion owners in California that paid 30, 40, 50 million and up have to be kicking themselves.

I've seen loads of Blue Heron properties . They are a great design team . The homes are amazing.
Being from England, we don’t have much scary wildlife. I’m interested to get an opinion of someone from Las Vegas as to whether it would be a bad idea to have this type of access from the outside to the inside. Would snakes, spiders, scorpion’s etc not just go into the house? Or do they generally stay away?
That bathroom at the end is freaking amazing.

Stunning isn't the word. Amazing is so cheap. I just can't think of the proper word for such a superb build. So well thought-out. So incredible in design and amenities. My ONLY gripe? Neighbors too close. I need more privacy. At least 100 feet on both sides. Preferably much more. Great presentation.

Nice house. It gets so hot in Vegas that in the summer, it is unbearable. I guess people who can afford that house have another home, somewhere less hot.
I think you are right, with that price it's house number 2, 3 or 4 after penthouse New York, house south of France, London and maybe a place in Dubai .

Anybody ever wonder why when you get enough money people want their whole house to be made of glass and have nonsensical layouts? I love how the real estate agent tries to make every aspect sound intentional. "Oh you think it looks stupid, that's the look we were going for."
I dont know what youre on abount but i live in a 4 bed Detached in Scotland. I would take that mansion in a heartbeat. The design is great. the only thing i hate in these big homes is the need for a show kitchen. Id rather not get caterers and get rid of the caters kitchen and just use the "show Kitchen"
It gets insanely hot in Vegas during the summer, I wonder how they keep it cool especially with it being so open.

This is a design of beauty! The inside/outside element, views and incorporation of horizontal lines is stunning. On most large homes, my critical eye sees design elements that are either overdone or don't the flow of space. Not with this home. This is a home I would love to spend a lot of time in. Well done!
I just moved out of McDonald Highlands and every day I would jog the hills and see so many beautiful homes! I have not seen this one...I don't think. But the views from McDonald Highlands are absolutely stunning from almost everywhere. It is a BEAUTIFUL neighborhood but I now live in Summerlin.
