What’s up with the perennially vacant lot next to 1717 Enclave Court? Speaking of the Wynn house, the property used to get notorious recognition as the largest single residential consumer of water in the valley at 13,000,000 gallons used per year. Thirteen million! It looks like wide expanses of natural grass surrounding the home have been replaced by artificial turf. Not as posh but definitely more eco-friendly. Personally, of the five areas you highlighted, Southern Highlands is my preference. There’s a home for sale in SH, 19 Quintessa Circle, that’s stunning. I haven’t yet decided to relocate to LV but if I do…
My friend lives 4 doors down from Shaqs home that he hasn’t lived in for many years. Tobias Ln is in Paradise. This is 25 min from Southern Highlands, Enterprise. Tobias Lane is across from Previous owned Wayne Newtons Famous Ranch.
It is all nice, until Las Vegas runs out of water. All of Las Vegas' water comes from Lake Mead. After years of drought, Lake Mead, plunged to critically low levels in the summer of 2022. It is a little better today but it is not more than 3 bad years away from disaster. How much are these homes worth when the well goes dry ?
Why do you say that? NBA and MLB are both likely to call Vegas home in the near future. People seem to be optimistic about Vegas becoming a sports town.
In doing research for the video I learned that he has moved to various different neighborhoods around the valley. Not exactly sure where his current house is located but many articles I found referenced him and Stefi primarily living in the Queensridge neighborhood.
Do us a favor if you live in California you will not like living here maybe try Utah or Arizona or just stay in California!!! Olga nice vid and how you plugged your listings was smooth!!
So, the Summit Club is among the many entities that has no clue about United States law regarding the National Airspace (NAS). Per federal law, ONLY the FAA has the legal authority to govern flight through the NAS. No other federal agency, no state government, no local government, and no private entity may prohibit anyone from flying a drone through the NAS. The Summit Club has zero legal standing to tell anyone that they can't fly a drone over their property. If they try to seize your drone, that's felony theft.
Certainly not on the street like many old, very young people who have nothing but the rags they stand up in. Who realky cares and who is willing to try and help. No one is what a selfless world we live in.
I understand why some of the most expensive, secured and exclusive communities are built at the base of mountains, but for me that would be a nightmare. Living that close to coyotes and mountain lions, along with various species of scorpions and spiders is not my idea of a good time.
My aunt lives in The Ridges and she rarely sees coyotes. She does have the occasional scorpion though. I have cleaned a few houses in there and every house has a trap in all the corners for scorpions. I have actually seen more coyotes closer in town.
I have a house in LV and a built out area in San Diego. In LV, I have never seen a mountain lion, a coyote or a scorpion but I do see a few spiders - in SD, I see coyotes at least once a month and lots of spiders, many are black widows.
The Highlands is beautiful. But it is close to trash, eg. 89183 just east of Hwy 15. FYI Stay away from 89183, especially LV Blvd, Barbara Lane, Kindsland St, Haven St area. It is a complete 💩 hole.
I mean, Ascaya/MacDonald Highlands is so close to the rundown portion of Boulder Hwy/Old Henderson and Summit/Ridges is so close to 89148. It’s all relative. In San Francisco for example, Pacific Heights abuts Geary. That’s just changing topography in any city.
