I’m an elderly homeless woman but nothing brings me quite the joy than watching all these beautiful homes you make videos of!!! This one is gorgeous although I don’t think I’d want to be in Arizona 🤷🏼♀️
I love the home but if must say the one thing that you did not do and it is very important that you should have done in your video of the showing of the house is that we did NOT see the garage at all.! To us men this is a major selling point of looking to purchase any home especially at that price.
@@AustinZabackthe day this video debuted someone bought a mansion in paradise valley with a Football field for $32.4 million. It's a great place for a religious cult compound. 😂
It’s really nice we did a property for a guy that owned a boat company with three houses on it that is still my favorite home in Scottsdale, built in the late nineties.
I also know the older gentleman who lives here! Used to detail his fleet of cars! Pool in the front is odd but the view of the planes landing in the distance is beautiful
Great house --details are wonderful---It is a heavy house in that old world way----At 2000 a sq ft this house will be called home by one fortunate person---By the way the ceilings in this house are exquisitely done----Very rare to see that in homes today
I'm usually not a big fan of the oldfashioned interior a lot of mansions in Arizona have, but this one definitely nails it. Looks absolutely spectacular. I'm just not sure having a runway pointed directly at your house is a plus. Doesn't it get reallyloud? On a side note, the tile pattern on the kitchen ceiling is herringbone, not chevron. Great tour anyway, thank you.
Hey Austin If you ever in need of a floor restoration on any of your properties. We offer new grout clear sealing and color sealing to match the tile and and any miss perfections . Arizona grout. Thanks
I’m surprised the toilets have not been updated to the new generational toilets that do not have water tanks and are all SMART TOILETS w/ the latest tech such as bidet, heat, auto open/close, lighting, flush etc.
First time hearing of silver leaf. Have heard of The Hamptons, Cap Cod, Brentwood, Bel Air, Beverly Hills, Sherman Oaks, and a few more in Central Southern California. But not silver leaves
Absolutely amazing. I live two miles from there. And my house is worth 750k. Hahahaha. Breathtaking. I encourage you to work on whatever is happening with your sinuses.
I come from SF where it's most expensive with a median of ~$1,000/sq.ft, $1M home. So this house is almost $2,000/sq.ft, the land notwithstanding, it's desert not oceanfront. Also an antiseptic feel inside, not warm & cozy. That said, it's a beautiful home on stunning property.
Well done video of a beautiful home. This may be nitpicky, but the word "unique" should not be modified, i.e., "very unique." The word means "one of a kind" and if that's the case, something can't be more or less than one of a kind. Like I said, nitpicky, but to me it's like nails on a chalkboard. Looking forward to future videos.
Personally I like to see the homes more into detail, like the rooms, not just glances. Also got lost, I didn’t understand where the rooms where and all that
What about wildlife? No issues with snakes, scorpions, coyotes being right up the mountain? I know even in Peoria, people find several kinds of snakes at their doorsteps, that’s what would freak me out about this home. In contrast, I’m currently without airco or hot water, and currently can’t afford to fix that… the contrast! (And I’m not joking about it, due to circumstances, yes this is our current hurdle!)
That's not my taste! Neither from the outside nor from the inside. And I keep noticing that with such a high asking price, there are still water tanks next to the toilets. That can be solved better!
With that much money, privacy is a big thing. Seems like there's not much privacy and constructions may block the view and/or they can can your pool/backyard (no privacy).
+ery nice show, you did a very nice job. fr 26 million USD, this house does not have GYM and a real recreation room and Spa. for the GYM. this is a big negative.
16:25 The last thing I would want, as a homeowner or potential buyer, is the showing of the safe/safe room to millions of people on one on the largest social media platforms on the planet. Seems like that defeats the purpose. 😒
Your video is awesome. You're showing me a beautiful house but I want to know of the people who built that house who made that house look so beautiful. Talk to me about them. The name of the company the name of the people. Do you know who really put in their work? Was it Manuel? Was it Juan? Was it Ricardo? Who was it and they are making 26 million? Talk to me about who built it to make your interesting video more interesting. We the people, the humble. The poor build places Like that and you never give us recognition. We the poor Build. Your riches and you want to brag about them , but you never recognize Who built them for you.
how could you ignore that gorgeous sheaf of wheat glass table at the front door??? the kitchen tile is herringbone, not chevon. it's not a Mediterranean mansion. It's a "'French-inspired Italian estate' built in 2020, with an Italian exterior style and a modern French interior design." please improve the research.
Not impressed with the architecture! Nothing shouts out "BUY ME". Boring building. Outside pool and view are nice though. Your standard home depot toilet in a 26 mill home cracked me up. At least add some gold leafs or something. The stairs are nice though.
First of all this home is magnificent. I do not think it needed a narrated tour. I want to see the home and not the gentleman walking in and out of every space before the camera and explaining what is obvious in the video as a staircase and a closet, etc. A video with no host would’ve been my preference. This residence is one of the most beautiful I’ve ever seen.
I'm sorry but I did not like this house. First, I don't consider dirt, rocks and cactus luxury landscaping. I am from the east coast where we have trees, grass and water. I did like the master Closets, they were great.
I actually dont like it … It’s way way out of date .. People are looking for the far more modern standing seam metal roof barndominium style with the lofty ceilings in the main room … This busy sprawling outdated style is exactly what people don’t want any more … Location is irreplaceable but the rest is not remotely desirable .. Way out of date
IMO, the incessant "we're going to look at that later" doesn't work. You don't show me a broken door and exclaim over the detail. If they want to sell it, you have enough time to just film it again instead of doing a horrible edit that only makes matters worse. Tell your videographer to read up on white balance. Could they do something about the rust on the stairs? Can I get my exotic car up that driveway? Can it make the corner at the top? Do I have to back it in to the garage? "A full kitchen... pretty much." Look, I know you are a real estate agent and I've been keeping quiet about all the fibs, but it's not a real... "full" fridge and it's not a real... "full" oven. It's not a full kitchen. I'm trying to tell by your tone of voice... I THINK you know it. I never understand how the aux bedrooms in these places are always so mundane. It's like they just build a wing and chuck in some Holiday Inn rooms just for the bedroom count in the listing. I think the safe room and the master toilets really highlight the actual attention to detail that went in to this. "But what about the grand stairway!" That you have to step down then kinda sideways into the corner to mount. Sure, the stairway is lovely... it is situated... thoughtlessly. And this house in particular... what does it have? Kitchen, dining, twelve different places to sit, lots of stupid little 12' bedrooms. Workshop? Music room? Rumpus room? Craft room? Cinema? "It's got a hunnert teevees." Yeah, three in every "place to sit". Personally, I think the cinemas are daft, but they are a thing. Mud room? Library? Actual office; that one with the smoke stained mantelpiece isn't really an office? What's that crap on the ground? Is it bird poop? Ooo, the garage is so bad you don't even show it? It's not in the photos either. This has me scared.
When was this built? Because I’m getting 1990 vibes. The architecture, the bones of the house, is really closed-offish and there’s hardly any windows. If you had all kinds of money to build your dream house up in the Hills, would you build that house. No I’d have to tear the damn thing down to make all the changes I’d wanna make. Not to turn this political, but vote blue across the board y’all! We need both the house and the Senate to get work done. Let’s leave Trump in the past! 💙💙

Sooo refreshing. And not the gray, white, sharp corners and white, white, white. Yuck!! This is PERFECTION!
It’s really nice we did a property for a guy that owned a boat company with three houses on it that is still my favorite home in Scottsdale, built in the late nineties.
I like the stone work. Castle feeling. Nicely placed away from others.
Very beautiful home. Thank you for showing, and God bless who buys this home.

the view is unparalleled!
The details, the views.. 😍
I like how you put it off track the pocket doors in the bathroom tried to play it off slick huh!
Great job.
Vince the builder/Fratantoni are somewhere right now rubbing their hands together like Birdman lol what a beautiful home!!!
When you have a house with a view like this, please show the nighttime views moving forward. Thanks!
Amazing 👏 this is definitely a beautiful home. Unbelievable a girl can only dream. ❤❤❤

Couldn’t agree more! There’s not much noise from the runway as it’s a smaller airport, it’s a beautiful view!
This is the most stunning house I've ever seen! So much better than the modern white box homes. The kitchen is everything and I am only 7:16 in lol
Glad you’re enjoying it! Thank you for leaving a comment and watching! More house tours to come
Funny, how they claim, being in an airport flight path, is a plus .
it's my favorite house 1 out 1000 home this come out be best out my top 10 home 😊

Great video. I would add the garage, and not disclose the location of the safe room.
I can just imagine what the electric bills are, when trying to keep this monster cool during the brutal summer months. Insane.
I'm sure if you can afford it you can afford the electricity bills lol.

Since it’s way out of date and not what people are looking for I’m surprised you get 7 million
Why do you think it's only worth half that. Is it location, home or market that would make you cut the price in half.
@markdoan1472 what do you mean out of date?
