Gah! The front doors - gorgeous! The dog wash - love! The primary bath - holy xxxx! Love the archways! The foot of the main stairs look - different and fantastic! The lot/yard like many of your homes is perfection!
I'm not a fan of black brick with black grout. I find it a little severe. I 100% don't like that they switched up the grout color to a lighter one halfway up the fireplace. Definitely a boo boo hopefully prospective buyers catch. I 100% love that you showed an unstaged home you liked.

Staged property is great to do tours and it also sells esthetics/visuals! Beautiful home with typical, open space concepts and interesting/odd angular walls. Brass fixtures, hmmm 🤔! This home is minimally staged compared to your other tours, but this gives more emphasis on the amount of uninterrupted space! However, I prefer a fully staged home tour 🙂. Overall nice home. Thanks for sharing!! Take care.

My wife and I support your channel with every home and enjoy your content. This home is beautiful and we enjoyed it even without being furnished. My wife's only gripe with this video is the constant use of "in my opinion." We come to your channel to see you and the content you provide, which includes your opinion. It gets very repetitive and annoying to hear you constantly say that.
