Impressive neighborhood. Bet Halloween has hundreds of trick or treaters. As a guy that lives in Florida those sliders 100% need a screened in patio. Nice presentation.
I really like the last house. A lot. My only customization that I would use would be I have to have a wood burning fireplace. I also would need a generator in place so if there's ever a blackout I'm good. My mother would ask what happens when there are tornadoes? I like number three a lot. It's all on one level so I don't need an elevator. As a disabled woman this is ideal.
Love the videos guys. Your content and chemistry are amazing! I’ve noticed that when you transition from dark to light rooms (white walls on sunny days) the lighting doesn’t really adjust quickly. If it’s just my screen I’ll go “entertain” myself but if it’s happening to others, honestly trying to help.
Looking at the homes from outside its like super wow cant wait to see inside but time and time again its a let down . I personally hate seeing not just in your average home but these more up class large Custom Homes but as soon as you walk into the front door you see kitchen / dining / Lounge room. the open plan living is so overrated imagine sitting in the lounge room watching a movie or something on TV having to listen to the pots and pans clanging away someone cooking and you always got someone who is in the kitchen cooking and they like to talk as they cook. now imagine you are now sitting at the dinner table eating a nicely cooked and prepared meal now you have the TV in the background maybe because the kids finished or you want the news playing whatever it doesn't matter it's great to have a designated theater room but I just think kitchen dining room can be placed together but any entertaining / Lounge room should be separate. that's just my two cents
Thank u Thank u for this comment. The open floor plan is lazy floor planning. Overated is so true! I like semi open kitchens. I like to go " into" the kitchen... Have conversation. .not see dirty dishes lol
I like the open Floorplan better. It make better use of the square footage. Adding additional walls to seclude a room is a waste of space. Many families love the open plan for holiday gatherings. I grew up in a house like the type you said you love. It got old quick.
Is it possible to take a builder from one state to another? I love the way Texas houses are built I have a property in one of the states I would love to build one of this houses there
You all talk too much! There’s a lot of unnecessary information. These homes are big and look good on the outside, but inside they’re just big boxes with no design elements. The first house has the kitchen right in the middle of the living room, and as soon as you open the main door, you’re in the living room. It’s a massive fail. The lots and neighborhood look great, though.
Finishing definitely fall short in the first home. It needed more of a foyer. All shower heads were trash. It looks like they were stuck trying to exit the late 90s. It’s almost there but not quite and doesn’t justify the price.
These houses or Mini Mansions are absolutely gorgeous! However, just two constructive criticism: 1. The closets need to be bigger with more space- bigger walk in closets 2. The bathrooms seem cookie- cutter. Need to be larger with ample storage space. Otherwise, absolutely stunning!
Another very nice video, guys... Checked out your description, you might want to correct this: HABLO ESPANOL "Y" INGLES!!... "E" or just flip 'em to read "Hablo Inglés y Español.
but there are spots outside of raleigh you could build this and get it for the same. I am from North Carolina but live in austin texas... all the new to NC folks complain about pricing but NC is still cheap as hell.
Hey Jackson, hey jojo. Jackson, what’s up jojo. Look jojo, wow Jackson. That’s nice Jackson, I know jojo. Unreal Jackson, sure is jojo. See that, jojo? Sure did Jackson. I like this Jackson, so do I jojo. There, I perfectly described this video
I didn't hear that either. I don't think they want you to really know EXACTLY where it is except it's outside of Houston and they did show the name of the subdivision. (the very rich get protected).
They really don't want you to know until you specifically ask. Many of these new subdivisions are allowed out in the country but the surrounding infrastructure (roads, markets) will be years away.
The model home is beautiful outside but disappointment in the inside, very cheap bar, and the open concept gets all broken with all those glass boxes in the living area. All the green is horrible, in the cabinets, the green tile in the bathroom, the wall paper..In few words it’s very poorly designed. For the looks of it I was expecting something way nicer sorry 😢
The last house is absolutely gorgeous. The furniture is a disappointment. It’s got to go. It does not go with such a beautiful home. It’s probably just for show my guess. Hope it is. 😂
If you can handle the pesky flying insects and unGodly humidity, Texas may be a good place to live. Funny how few homes use solar to supplement energy costs.
The reason is because the solar companies try locking their customers into energy plans with their partners. By the time you pay for the solar equipment and the energy rates from the partner companies, you don't save much.
"GunSafe" yes. People have been buying the wrong type though. Graffunder makes the best gun safes around, hands down. Those safes will allow you to get the police there within 10 hours, hell, you may even beat them there and can handle business. Multi Wall safe, blow torches take forever.
Where do I begin? The interior's were gastly!!! WTF? Some nice featurs here and there but who did the Interior design?. As a designer for 40 years I watch a great many of these new homes videos, I must say the esthetics of the interior of these homes.... not good. Putting in the one home a great fireplace with the black was interesting but then they did the same thing in the kitchen over the range ruined wach other. The one laundry with repulsive green cabinets OMG!! so bad and the tile with that same green then with brown was nausiating. Oh wow! The custom vanity and dressing councill with glass top was nice but in Pink?? In a master suite closet not good.. The exterior on the last one was nice eccept the golden pine, All that wood work should have been a medium taupe stain to better tie in with the house. So sorry but the interiors were so disjointed and yes I agree with many of the comments on here and the fact these houses should have had a foyer. P.S. all that gold and how they did it was contrived and will look so daited in a couple years or less. The Quarts counters in the white with gold veins looked tacky and fake. A couple of the bathrooms I liked. I like green but it just killed these homes. I always noticed through my years of design was people get caught up in let say for example black laquor back in the eightys, instead of doing a few pieces here and there. The big mistake was they did the whole house in black laquor and In a year or less they did not like it. Also with the Mission rush , great furniture and the ones who had to do there whole house in it gets tired. Good interior design done in the sixties, seventies and so on the houses that were more eclitic using differant styles that complemented each other were just timeless. I takes a person who with every item in the home took a lot of thought how every thing related to each other. So sorry for going on. Also those low scoop chairs in that green in the first home was cheap looking. The fact that the designer did three rooms near each other with a center cocktail table and four chairs around it was so sad. Thank you if you read all of this.
I think the "designer" of these homes are going for a very "culture" aesthetics (IYKYK lozz). I agree with you on the ghastly green. For the size and price of these homes, I would say you get what you pay for and I'll leave it at that. I watched the entire video because it's a hobby and it reinforces what great taste I have (wink wink LOL).
TAKE YOUR CAMERA OFF OF "HEAVEN MODE", PLEASE! Its super hard to take in the video. Im not even a comments type of guy, but Ive been watching your videos for at least a year and during the last few months, you've had your camera on "HEAVEN MODE" I get it for homes with no electricity, but man...
3 new custom built houses in the same neighborhood built by the same builder? None of these "custom" homes under contract? Something doesn't make sense
I LOVE the Inside of all of them, but don't like the look on the outside, lack of charter or too cold looking and to hard looking on the outside for me.
I can't watch this video bc you drag it out and your face isn't what brought me in, it's the house. Maybe try to be better balance marketing yourself vs the Home. Good content, presentation needs WORK!
Sorry it won't be watching your videos at all because within the first 30 seconds you're already using the euphemism for an f word that I don't want to here or think about
I’m like 75% of the way through the video and STILL have no idea where this place is, or how much these homes are. And it angers me so much. Almost as much as hearing the name Jackson.
If you can afford thgat house, you should be able to pay property tax like every other American. This is whats wrong with America, the people making less than $500k a year pays more taxes than the rich people making $500k plus.
I heard "massive acreage" over and over and over... LOL Not a single lot in that development that is listed anywhere is over 2 acres, most being around 1.5 acres. Buddy, I don't know where the heck you went to school with but that is PUNY "acreage", truthfully it should be referred to as mid to large LOTs, NOT "acreage." And another thing, I didn't see any of those "massive" shops and barns they kept raving about... Talk about salesmen blowing smoke where the sun doesn't shine! LOL
were gonna suprise your mom memphis with this classic car tell rusty but not her how about a 79 ss chevelle custom blue that fades into black at the bottom of it with a 427 big block in it
They are nice homes but and a big but. If I was to pay $1.5 mil+ on acreage I don’t want to see my neighbor. Those houses are too close to each other.
The entrance needs a foyer and the open concept is not well thought out. The outside of the home is Beautiful but the inside dissapoints!
Houses without foyers are weird I don’t want to open the door right into my living room. You open that glass door and see straight into the house?
The last home is fabulous and love the hidden pantry but a second full size fridge would of been ideal
Impressive neighborhood. Bet Halloween has hundreds of trick or treaters. As a guy that lives in Florida those sliders 100% need a screened in patio. Nice presentation.
That's why i want my next house to be custom made
I really like the last house. A lot. My only customization that I would use would be I have to have a wood burning fireplace. IT PERFECT EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED ..LOVE THE BRICK
No offense, but I don't like the brick and outside. Too hard and cold looking, Love the inside though.
Wow what a gorgeous house!
There is a neighborhood in the Metro Atlanta area called Sugarloaf country club. They have homes just like this but it doesn't have the acreage.
Looking at the homes from outside its like super wow cant wait to see inside but time and time again its a let down . How many times are you going to show the outside of the home? You show the outside more than the inside... and the talking...🙄
Could do without the 5 minute intro 👎👎👎
I love your videos and expecially this one's. Make more of affordable arce home ❤
All r fantastic but i do like the last one with the arches.
Best show ever.. You and Jojo absolutely rock!
Is it possible to take a builder from one state to another? I love the way Texas houses are built I have a property in one of the states I would love to build one of this houses there
A slider in a Texas home with the bugs Texas has is ridiculous 😂
Beautiful homes!!❤❤

Yea I agree get to the house
I agree. Especially the Canera guy. It is only the short guy Jojo that mostly shows us something and gives info.
Thank you!!! ☺️

NO STONE UNTURNED ! Beautiful home!
I don't live in Texas. But I would love to build that house in my current state. Will they sell a copy of the blue prints?
These houses or Mini Mansions are absolutely gorgeous!
However, just two constructive criticism:
1. The closets need to be bigger with more space- bigger walk in closets
2. The bathrooms seem cookie- cutter.
Need to be larger with ample storage space.

Would love to pay cash for that last home
Joe, where is this area and zip code in Houston, would the builder build in Richmond Texas?
Hi. Great videos but we didn’t get to see enough of the first house. 🤷♂️
Another very nice video, guys... Checked out your description, you might want to correct this: HABLO ESPANOL "Y" INGLES!!... "E" or just flip 'em to read "Hablo Inglés y Español.
Tacky.
Harrisburg Homes is one of the worst builders!!! Do NOT buy from them!
Can’t believe the comments. You’d pay 2.5 for these in Cary NC on a .3 acre.
You got that right! $2.5 in Raleigh too.
but there are spots outside of raleigh you could build this and get it for the same. I am from North Carolina but live in austin texas... all the new to NC folks complain about pricing but NC is still cheap as hell.

Hilarious 😅😅😅😅
I still love the show.
Anyone have any idea where the hell this is? Did I miss where he said the location? I mean, yeah great homes, but where the hell are they?
I didn't hear that either. I don't think they want you to really know EXACTLY where it is except it's outside of Houston and they did show the name of the subdivision. (the very rich get protected).
I’ll be honest, I was actually looking at possibly getting a home there. No idea what area this is in
I think this one is in the magnolia area or it could be the one in wills
They really don't want you to know until you specifically ask. Many of these new subdivisions are allowed out in the country but the surrounding infrastructure (roads, markets) will be years away.
@@jasonvegas3593 Read the description. It says Magnolia Texas.
House is beautiful will build me a house in south Carolina
WOW!
Those are the AC vents jojo 😂
The last one was it for me

I have one question: the exposed wood outside, what is the probability of this rotting out over time?
Cedar holds up well. The wood will repell most insects. Keep the stain fresh on them and they last.
@@rm5282 so I would have to have the wood stained every year?
@@81easton maybe once every 5 years.
@@rm5282 got it. TY
we gotta find big mama a hennessey supercharged dodge demon for her b day sept 30 but itll be a early present 200k budget
I wish i could afford it
The two things I don't like about homes in the Houston area there's no wood burning fireplaces and two no elevators.
It's nice, if you like living in a cloud.
Learn to use the settings on your camera. Inside photo is overexposed.
Who fix's the roads after years later the city or the home owners
Those communities are in HOA areas. Their dues help pay for the costs of maintenance.
Is this the North Side of Houston?
Yes. High Meadow Estates
Yea but are they built in flood zones and or they built to withstand hurricanes and tornadoes?
Unless your home is encased in 6" of concrete, it is not tornado proof.
The last house is absolutely gorgeous. The furniture is a disappointment. It’s got to go. It does not go with such a beautiful home. It’s probably just for show my guess. Hope it is. 😂
Yea I agree I also didn’t like the glass drinking area up front. I would want that further back and not transparent but hey I’m not the owner
Pantry needs 🔌 plugs 👍🏻
Cool
THE GREEN SET IT OFF
Where is this area and who is the builder?
Do you build in Dallas Texas
How much ?
YOU CAN PULL A CAR IN THE HOUSE WITH THEM SLIDER DOORS
for a 5500 house i think that fridge is very small.
If you can handle the pesky flying insects and unGodly humidity, Texas may be a good place to live. Funny how few homes use solar to supplement energy costs.

Everything looks even bigger with the little realtor. Awwwww how tall is he???
Nice home but neighborhoods with no sidewalks or streetlights seem very trashy/sketchy
Welcome to the country. This is not for city slickers lol
You guys spend too much time talking, and not enough time touring the homes. Just sayin’
