Time flies so fast when you're having FUN 😊 I was just pushing myself to do at least one workout for the day, and before I knew it, I was dancing and sweating 💃 After what felt like a couple of minutes, whaaaat? We're on cool down already? 😁 I have been struggling with my mental health for the past month. I haven't been working out and eating properly which further pushed me in a cycle of regret and self-hatred. When I saw the notification about this premiere, I forced myself to get up and just do it. I'm so happy I did. I was reminded on how good it feels to give myself some form of care, through moving my body. Jules, you have immeasurable impact to so many people all over the world. I really cannot thank you enough for everything that you do. Thank you so much.

I hope this workout will help to get you started each morning. It is often hard to get ourselves to work out but you're right, the benefits are absolutely worth it. It makes us think more clearly and positively and helps us to move forward in our day. Another great resource is 'Insight Timer' which is free mindfulness sessions (there is a website and app). Jules, thank you so much for this workout. At first I wasn't keen on the music, but now I love it and together with your smiley face, it is truly a joy to do this every day! I have two inguinal hernia's and so for many months did nothing out of fear of causing damage. But this inaction just led me down a path of depression and despair... until I found this workout! It is low enough impact not to cause me injury, but enough to get me moving again, shifting some pounds and raising my mood. And I love the lyrics in the last song! I am stronger than I think, thanks to you! So thank you once again! Blessings! x

It takes a lot more time for me to use the window and I had mixed feedback on it. I'll likely use it again in the future when I figure out a faster way to edit with it:)

Another busy day of sorting through old stuff, carting some to the dumpster, bagging some for donation...up and down the step stool a gajillion times. Dancing it out felt GREAT!!!
After not being able to work out for over a week, when I first started I thought it was a piece of cake! That didn't last. By the time I finished I was breathing hard and sweaty! BUT I did it and feel really good about it- because it felt so good! A little stronger today and a little more strong tomorrow! Thanks Jules!

20, 01 2023 Hi Jules, it is kind you encourage me that I will get stronger but I am not putting in the work to be stronger. I have a strong resistance to any exercise that would physically challenge me and tire me overmuch. I only do workouts to move, and that means move each member of my body, to enjoy it and to stop me from having aches and pains from a rigid back etc. I do balance exercises to protect my future self, but I cannot bring myself to weight training to protect my bones. It is head knowledge. I know what I should do, but I cannot bring myself to do that, because those exercises are hard and l am weak.. This is the sad truth. I enjoyed the moves in this set and some of the music. Thank you.
You'll still gain strength from all the leg and arm movements in these workouts. Be proud of being here and working out. That takes motivation, and you're getting yourself here:)

At the very beginning of this video, I am so happy to see the palm tree / coconut tree that I miss! I was back home yesterday from Cabo, Mexico where there are many these type of trees. And I love the song of “ Shine “ at the end of this video too! It gives me the “ Shine” again at my home ! Thank you, Jules! Also thank you for the last couple weeks strength training! This is one of my favorite videos of your because: 1 the 30 second time clock for each routine and 2. You show a video of the next upcoming move. and 3. you show the clock for the remaining time. You should inculcate these features in all of your videos. My only personal gripe, is that I don't love the music in this one video, which is strange since you usually pick great music and 2. I personally prefer some commentary to be sure that we are exercising correctly and maximizing our results. I guess this is a personal preference though.
Hi! Thanks for all of your great feedback. I use the clock and countdown now in most of my videos. The preview window…it was a challenge to do it and I had some feedback saying people found it confusing and preferred the words instead. I should likely try again. I create talking and no-talking videos since some people only want no-talking ones. I’ve been working on the playlists and making a talking and no-talking playlist for each level. I hope to have it done tomorrow.

20, 01 2023 Hi Jules, it is kind you encourage me that I will get stronger but I am not putting in the work to be stronger. I have a strong resistance to any exercise that would physically challenge me and tire me overmuch. I only do workouts to move, and that means move each member of my body, to enjoy it and to stop me from having aches and pains from a rigid back etc. I do balance exercises to protect my future self, but I cannot bring myself to weight training to protect my bones. It is head knowledge. I know what I should do, but I cannot bring myself to do that, because those exercises are hard and l am weak.. This is the sad truth. I enjoyed the moves in this set and some of the music. Thank you.
You'll still gain strength from all the leg and arm movements in these workouts. Be proud of being here and working out. That takes motivation, and you're getting yourself here:)

Wow I loved it had huge pain with the right knee Baker's Cyst the Dr. took a lot of the fluid and your exercises were the greatest after resting four day, you are my Mentor.

At the very beginning of this video, I am so happy to see the palm tree / coconut tree that I miss! I was back home yesterday from Cabo, Mexico where there are many these type of trees. And I love the song of “ Shine “ at the end of this video too! It gives me the “ Shine” again at my home ! Thank you, Jules! Also thank you for the last couple weeks strength training! This is one of my favorite videos of your because: 1 the 30 second time clock for each routine and 2. You show a video of the next upcoming move. and 3. you show the clock for the remaining time. You should inculcate these features in all of your videos. My only personal gripe, is that I don't love the music in this one video, which is strange since you usually pick great music and 2. I personally prefer some commentary to be sure that we are exercising correctly and maximizing our results. I guess this is a personal preference though.
Hi! Thanks for all of your great feedback. I use the clock and countdown now in most of my videos. The preview window…it was a challenge to do it and I had some feedback saying people found it confusing and preferred the words instead. I should likely try again. I create talking and no-talking videos since some people only want no-talking ones. I’ve been working on the playlists and making a talking and no-talking playlist for each level. I hope to have it done tomorrow.
