    Ok what a treat to have found a HIIT cardio workout that is fun and engaging!!! So many of them feel torturous but I really enjoyed this!

    Thank you so much for all the modifications shown. I have to keep it low impact due to a back issue, so I really appreciate you showing the lower version. Plus, I love the option to stand instead of going down to the floor. Love your workouts!!!
