Thank you for this exercise, I love yoga and this is perfect for me, I have osteoarthritis, and sciatica problems, I can’t do much on the floor, I had knee replacement in both knees, 2019 and just this past March, I do stationary bike and some stretches, i did checked with my Dr and I have no restrictions, I look forward to doing these at home and when I can take Silver Sneakers classes

I really can not do this one when its bending right knee i do not have it 2015 left me without a bend so i try but get a tightness so this is the reason for my comment am okay on left leg so do Thank u
I have sciatica from a pinched nerve in the tail bone and L5. Should I chance this?
