i feel so happy to see you because i feel confident with your doable exercises. i also appreciate the other beautiful ladies on silversneakers. the thing is I have multiple problems from the fall I had, I have kyphosis and escoliosis but they are not prominent. but now i have discovered that my back is in the form of a bamboo and the reumotologists can't distinguish my condition between AS or osteophorisis. so that is why I find your exercises more helpful. I am 70. Please, please give me more and more seated exercises to help me improve and slowly back to slow walking. thanks a million. Sorry for the long message!
This is just what my neurologist recommend .chair yoga.for my balance. My PT for balance did not understand this recommendation..cause you fall when your standing.. She is a Dr. Of PT for elderly. You Meade alot of sense to me. Loose muscles and strong can catch and readjust quickly to keep our balance. Your one of best voices, and control in talking explanation.
Wonderful Calmness should be your middle name. I'm back at it since breaking my left arm & shoulder, but still not very strong on my left - thank you Andi!
